Travis and his crew have been out to my house twice now. A furnace a couple years ago (with zero problems) and now a matching new air conditioner.
Observations:
1. good attention to detail, including a pressure test of the line before coolant was added.
2. they seemed knowledgeable
3. more reasonable prices than some of the bigger providers
4. pleasant to work with

TERRIBLE. Neese heating and cooling (Travis) was rude and canceled my appointment when they were going to arrive late. I called them to find out when they were going to arrive, they told me they were going be late… I asked them to hurry because I had another appointment. Travis called me back immediately and told me that I needed to find another HVAC company to do the job. I was left wasting 3 hours (half a day of vacation) on Neese heating and cooling. STAY AWAY.
