One of the worst Starbucks I’ve visited. The barista was very rude and made my drink wrong after I stood there and Waited for a while of not being helped.

What’s to say about Starbucks that hasn’t already been said, not much. This review will be for the service and atmosphere. This Starbucks is always busy. Any time of day you can find a line almost to the door and most of the tables filled with people working on laptops or meeting with friends. Wifi is available and there are plenty of electric sockets to plug you electronics into. The baristas in this location are always friendly and consistently make my order currently(venti whole milk 3 pump toffeenut latte extra shot, in case you were wondering). This past visit I used my birthday reward and the barista recommend that I add 2 extra shots to my venti so that I can have half the coffee today and the rest tomorrow and get the best bang for my free reward buck! Only negative I have is that the line can be very long and slow.

What nice baristas they’re so friendly. I earned a free item with the Starbucks app and I’m usually just a regular drip drinker. She thought I was so humbled to use my free item on regular drip so she made me a Venti blonde roast with a shot of espresso and a splash of mocha syrup brighten up my usually gray morning caffeinated beverage. I love how they have free Wi-Fi with plenty of outlets for people to plug-in the laptops. Ample seating both indoor and outdoor. Free parking right outside. Starbucks is really stepping up their game in adding more food items to choose from. Hi5 Starbucks

Closest Starbucks to the practice courts where the best basketball team on the planet practices: THE Cleveland Cavaliers. Go Cavs:)

Not to pick on you, Rockside location, you just happened to be the one I visited today. My beef with Starbucks is the same at all locations. I just never feel welcome there. The store layout always feels like it’s made only for regulars who know the whole menu by heart, not for people like me who only frequent Starbucks a few times a year and don’t remember what a Frappuccino is. I really hate how you cannot see the menu board while you’re in line, and so when you finally get to the front and can start reading what your options are, everyone behind you is impatient and annoyed that you aren’t already prepared to order. It also seems illogical that they have all these snacks displayed on a table that you don’t see at all until after you’ve ordered and are waiting for your drink. I wonder if anyone has ever purchased one. Today I tried a S’mores Frappuccino, which apparently comes topped with about 2 cups of whipped cream. I wish I had known that before I ordered so I didn’t have to try to scrape it off into the tiny hole of the trash can and get my hands all sticky. The cup comes with some chocolaty stuff and some marshmallowy stuff squirted into the bottom, with the frozen coffee drink on top. It’s not mixed in at all. Do people actually want their drinks like this? What’s the point? Why don’t they just mix it together? I don’t think mine was a mistake because I saw other drinks coming out this way too. If I’m paying $ 5 for this thing, I expect it to come ready to drink and not have to try to finish mixing it myself. I’ll probably continue my relationship with Starbucks as it’s been for the past decade. After several months have passed I’ll forget why I don’t like it and go back just to be annoyed all over again.

A great crew… so friendly and the coffee was great. I was in town for 10 days emptying my aunt’s house for sale and they remembered my name after I came in several days in a row.

I come to this location bc there’s a FedEx store next door and I have to overnight packages for work. So its not only convenient but also pretty easy to get in and get out bc its usually not too busy.

The staff is calm and friendly, which is great compare to others where they seem to have absorbed too much caffeine by osmosis. The problem at this location is the lighting and the space. I could barely read the menu board, which isn’t a big deal for those that get the same thing every time… but I wanted to try something new. In regards to the space, very tight and very difficult not to knock everything off the merchandizing shelves.

Service has gotten incredibly slow over the past two years. Coffee temperature is inconsistent(sometimes lukewarm is being kind.) And even though they have a Google WiFi sticker in the window, it’s not available. You’re still stuck with the throttled AT&T crap WiFi. I’d recommend going up the hill to the Garfield Hts. location instead.

Been to this Starbucks a few time over the summer. Last time was the Teavana tea special between 2pm to 5pm. And usually get a cool drink here, like a Frappacino or a refresher. Was alright, but not as light of an ice as I would like. Customer service is good though.

If I want a cheap 300 calorie lunch for $ 3.25, I come here for the spinach, egg white and feta wrap. It is pretty good and will hold you down until you need to eat again. My company provides free Starbucks so I never drink the coffee here. I told them they should list that as a benefit on the«Careers» portion of their website. It definitely did play a small role in my selecting to join up with the company. Sometimes I will get the chamomile tea if I want to relax.

Still not my favorite(and I waited for ten minutes for my beverage yesterday), BUT I noticed something this Starbucks does that I haven’t seen elsewhere. The tip container is a rectangular prism with 2 separate boxes to put in $. Taped to the top is a «Would you Rather? question, which are actually pretty thought-provoking. People choose an answer by dropping their money into the side they agree with. At the end of the day the money is added up and the«winners» are posted on the bulletin board. Questions include: «Would you rather work the same job for the next year with double pay, or take the next year off with the same pay?» and«Would you rather have a million-dollar house, or a million-dollar piece of land?» This is pretty brilliant, because it forces people to tip when they ordinarily wouldn’t — even if it’s just one coin. Schemers… smart schemers. I did notice one more thing: at the end of the day this location donates all the uneaten pastries to a food bank in the area. Nice job, Starbucks!

The staff here is on the money ALL.THE.TIME. If we could avoid the morons in line, we’d be 5 stars(ok, I know 5 stars isn’t based on the people who come here, but I’m making that a stipulation here. The morning crew is great. They know their regulars and their drinks. They also know who to make a killer espresso macchiato without me telling them how. Avoid during the rush hours of 7:30 and noon. Yay for this location!

The coffee here is the same high standard as every other Starbucks, but I really like this one because of the very cute Barista that is always soo pleasant after my long days in the hospital.

It’s always exciting to sneak out of the office for 15 minutes to stop by this Starbucks and grab a hot chocolate in the winter or an iced coffee in the summer. If I worked independently I’d love to come here with my laptop and say things like«indubitably» while wearing trendy glasses that don’t actually help me to see better. Additionally, the staff is always very attentive and friendly.

The staff here is very friendly and energetic(might have something to do with the coffee). Sometimes there is eye candy too. I must be hard up for some opposite sex attention when I am going to Starbucks for eye candy.
