You’d be better served by going to a corporate Sprint retail outlet. The one across 39th street, near Starbucks, is one; or go to Best Buy. The commission climate makes it difficult to get all the information needed to make a sound purchase, and if a problem comes up you better be persistent, because they won’t respond with just one or two contacts. Promises of courtesy refund took almost a month of multiple weekly follow up to get promised action, although the refund was applied quickly. The whole thing soured when when I suggested, and they agreed, on a complimentary bottle of cleaning fluid($ 10) would be a good for all the trouble(it was a lot of trouble – and shouldn’t have happened in the first place) and they gave me a 2⁄3 full store use bottle, well that was just really tacky. And. for the record. no it wasn’t a mistake, I watched as they evaluated and accessed the bottle. I do want to say the commissioned sales people are nice.
