Returned iphone and canceled plan after 4 days. Store failed to record the return and canceled plan correctly. Sprint is now going after me for close to 800 dollars. Would not recommend Sprint and would avoid this location. Update, Was told I would have to come into store and speak with manager Tyler to resolve issue. Went directly to store, then told manager was not available. They were able to get the charges removed, but then they stuck me with 63 dollars for 4 days of service. Even though I was assured by the manager when I signed up that there would be no charges if plan was canceled and equipment returned within 14 days. Do not trust anything the store says.

Massive problems with the service here. First of all my fiancée and I made an appointment at 3:00pm because her phone was broken and showed up at 2:55pm(early). Instead of getting helped at 3:00pm or even a little bit after that, we had to wait until everyone already in the store(who showed up without appointments) was helped before someone would even talk to us. What is the point of appointments if you don’t hold to them and let people who just show up without one get priority? There wasn’t even a way to check in or even let anyone know you had an appointment when you get there, it was like the whole appointment system is just there for show and no one actually adheres to it. Then once we finally get someone to help us, and they told my fiancée she had an upgrade(getting her hopes all up), when she did not, we found out later she was merely eligible to «lease» a phone for an increased rate or sign up for the new«iPhone forever» plan, both of which we are not interested in. She wants a new phone. So we ended up going through this entire process thinking at the end she was going to upgrade her broken phone to a new one as part of her plan, and at the very end we find out nope, that’s not the case, you have to buy a phone at full price if you want one. Ended up wasting multiple hours of everyone’s time because this employee gave us false information. Then it was prolonged even longer because sprints website was down while we were there, and they wouldn’t believe us that it was down, and made us go through a whole 30 minute ordeal of sending and receiving codes through email to try to verify us and only a the end of it did the employee finally take a look at our phone and say«oh it is down, our bad». Then they told us their website is the only way that she would be allowed to purchase a phone since she is not the primary account holder, her father is, and he would need to approve her electronically for her to buy a phone, even though in the past we have been allowed to both purchase a phone by knowing the Account ID, password, and the primary account holders phone number AND we have been able to purchase by having her father on the phone with the sprint employee giving verbal permission. But this employee at this store said it would be impossible and that there was nothing they could do. Later we called a different sprint store and they said we could absolutely purchase a phone by knowing the account information or by having her father on the phone giving permission, and they would love to help us if we stopped by. So we went, all excited to finally get everything dealt with and get the new phone, and once we finally get through the process and are ready to purchase the phone, THAT’S when we find out that the other employee was wrong/misspoke/lied/who knows and she did not have an upgrade available for another 5 months. An absolutely ridiculous experience due to either poor training, a lazy employee, or a overbearing store policy compared to other sprint stores(not sure which, or maybe all three). When doing business with sprint, go to the store 3 minutes away south across the highway on Valley Park! Do not go to this one!

I am so disappointed with Sprint right now. I have gotten nothing but a runaround from them I went into this store and a lady named Gabrielle was«helping» me., I hope I spelled it right. I called the given number because of an over charge. They told me to go to the store where I first got the service and of course they said call Customer care. Customer Care is who sent me to you! So they gave me the number to the guy who started my contract. Joshua of course I’m not getting any response from him. Of course I recommend Sprint to no one.

Have been using this store since they opened. A corporate store, they always provide great service. When you go in, don’t act like an idiot and they’ll help you out, getting you set up with the right device and helping you to get it configured.

I was having a weird issue with my phone that had been going on for several months, and finally I decided it just needed to be fixed. I dropped off my phone and they quoted me one hour, so I tried killing time as best as I could, but I came back to find that they couldn’t figure out why it was messing up and hadn’t fixed anything. They decided instead to do a factory reset and see if that worked, so I backed everything up and let them wipe my phone. They still have no idea what was causing the problem in the first place, but the problem is solved — and at no cost, since I have insurance — so I can’t be too angry. Most of them were friendly and approachable, and I can’t speak to any experience purchasing through them, but this is a pretty good place to get your phone serviced. Even though they may not have any idea what they are actually fixing.

I go into a Sprint store every two years when my contract comes up. My past experience has never been great. However, my most recent trip to a Sprint store was at this location. The associate was knowledgeable and very friendly. I was upgrading and the plan I was getting was quite a bit more costly than my current plan. She gave me plenty of time to decide if I want to upgrade. In the middle of our transaction her computer went down. While we were waiting for it to boot back up some of the other Sprint associates came over and we chatted. Everyone was friendly and upbeat despite it being nearly 9PM. Everything was upgraded correctly including any discounts I had before. I’m not going to any other Sprint location and neither should you.
