This is the worst company ever! They were contracted to fix my heater and showed up at my house on two occasions unannounced. Mind you my heater is in the backyard with is gated and fenced. I asked for the common courtesy to call and confirm a date and time before you just show up. I could understated if they called and said we’ll be there on this day but I can’t give you a time. However, they just showed up on any day and anytime with any notification. On the third time, I
was sitting having breakfast and low and behold and white van pulls up in my driveway. I went outside and reminded him not to just show up at my house as I have a wife and kids. He got mad and said «I figured you where at work so I didn’t bother». WTF. It’s a common courtesy to call before you just show up in someone’s back yard. My wife had the creeps! Oh BTW my pool heater is still broken and I don’t believe he knew what he was doing. BEWARE!
