My furnace stopped heating and refused to do anything other than blow cold air(even when I shut it down from the control panel). I called out Tier 1 based on the reviews here, and Cody came out within an hour. After taking his time to check everything out, he diagnosed the issue, which wasn’t to replace anything. Many other companies would have seized the opportunity to recommend replacing some part of my fairly old system(12 years), but he didn’t, and thus I will definitely be coming back to Tier 1 when the time comes.

Our HVAC system was installed(new construction) by a Charlotte area company that has been in business for over 30 years. We have had an annual service agreement with that same company since 2004. Our second floor unit stopped working last night and I called at 7:30AM this morning(Tuesday) to request service. However, I was told they could not send someone out until Saturday. After some research, I then called Tier 1 and was told they would work us in today, but that it might be after 5PM. I completely understood since they did not have any prior service relationship with us. We received a call at 3:20PM that a technician was on the way. Cody arrived promptly and had our system up and running within the hour. He was also very courteous and competent. Excellent service from a company that had no service relationship with us until today. We will be moving our business to Tier 1!

Service was on time and professional. They provided the service, pointed out a few issues before they became a problem and offered a solution. I would recommend them to anyone who appreciates good professional service.

I have used Tier 1 for 4 years and am ver impressed with their service. One thing I really like is I get the same technician and sales people. When they come to the house they know what needs to be done and they don’t try and sell me extras. I had used 3 other companies and none compare to the level of service and trust I have for Tier 1. The company that originally installed the furnace in my new he couldn’t figure out an issue, but Tier 1 solved it within 10 minutes. Another company charged me double the cost of everyone else, that must be to cover all their media advertising. Tier 1 is honest and very fair. Chris the sales manager, and Dave and Brad are excellent at customer service and always do a great job! I highly recommend them for any type of heating or cooling!
