Gave up on this vendor after placing two calls to the owner (confirmed recieved by the woman answering the phone) and a week passed with no response. Not reliable… if they aren’t able to tend to new business its a pretty good sign they aren’t even staffed to support existing business.

Without a doubt, Dorton’s Heating & Air is the best HVAC company ever. I have a rental 4 hours away, and the tenant called on the hottest day of the year (so far) to say the AC was out. I quickly made calls to HVAC companies, and Jamie made me feel the most comfortable. Other HVAC companies couldn’t give me a real quote, but Jamie gave me the best idea he could and promised he would text if the problem was worse than he thought. He also listened, was kind, knowledgeable and patient, and followed through on everything. Wow, I wish Dorton’s could service my own home. Thank you!
