Best In Sight Eye Care

I’ve been going to Best In Sight Eye Care for a few years now. I started with glasses, then went contacts, and now I’m going back to glasses. They’ve been very helpful during each phase I’ve gone through and I will be going back as needed.
They have a very large selection of Glasses from many different brands. The service was exceptional and they have always been very friendly.

I’ve been going to see Drs. Huffman and Rich for the past 5 or 6 years now. I absolutely love going here. No hassle. Easy-​going, laid-​back yet professional staff. Everyone is friendly, from the reception desk to the check-​out. Responsive to needs and requests. I’ve yet to run into a problem with them. Highly recommend.

i’ve been going to best in sight for sometime and their service was well above average. however, my most recent visit was less than stellar. they attempted to bill me for service two months after my visit, claiming they forgot. after i talked with the office manager, dave, he was belligerent and rude — i told him i was taking my business elsewhere. he said fine. he is a great example of who a business shouldn’t hire. i am amending my first review as i received a call from one of the principal partners today. he went out of his way to make sure that i understood the initial issue and then went beyond good business practice to keep my family as a client. i will continue to use best in sight eye care and hope i do not have to interact with the office manager again.

Went here a few weeks ago for a regular annual eye exam. Everyone was very friendly, reasonable rates, doctor seemed to do a good job and they have a really good selection of glasses. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a good optometrist on the south side!
