Chick-fil-A

The attendant directing people how to go through the drive-​thru and where to park is idiotic. It’s causing more back up and longer lines. This is 2016 and we all know how to park and use a drive thru. We don’t need an attendant who just wants to chit chat with people to hold us up any longer from the delicious food.

First time being here since we moved down here. Best place and now the only place I will take my kids too. It is ALWAYS packed, but you move through so quickly, promptly and respectfully that it is just incredible to watch. Food was great, everything is clean and other patrons are great as well. Just a wonderful place to spend our time and money. Well done to all the employees and especially management. You have created a wonderful environment!

We went inside to eat our food. We ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with fries. The lines were short and we received out order quickly. Although the cashier got our drink order. We ordered sweet tea (southerner) and got unsweet tea (southerners nightmare). It was resolved very quickly.

I don’t normally write reviews for chains, but I have to for this location. Every single time I go here, the crew gets even sweeter than before. Today, a woman helping out in the drive-​thru line complimented my heart-​shaped sunglasses and all the girls just smiled and oohed and ahhed over them. Everyone is just so nice! They almost always have a team of 4 – 5 people working two lanes in the drive-​thru, it’s always fast, the food is fresh and I can’t recall them messing up my order… ever.

I work near this location so I visit often. I’ve had nothing but excellent service and food quality! They do an awesome job of keeping a steady flow in the drive thru. The employees always have smiles on their faces and have great customer service skills! Love this Chick-​fil-​A location!

We went through the drive thru around lunch lunchtime on a Saturday. There were employees working outside very efficiently. We got our food very quickly and our order was perfect. Thank you Chick-​fil-​A!

I took a one year old and three year old yesterday to Chic Fila. Food was standard, staff helpful and very busy. The playground was filthy, unbearable odor, and too small. In an attempt to make a step up in nutrition I changed my fast food choice. I guess it’s back to McDonald’s.

Good service, fast. Sometimes I feel rushed because it’s so fast paced but overall, good food!

Everytime I visit a Chick-​fil-​A, the service is always amazing. I’m thinking that they have to get trained a specific way to act in a certain manner and have excellent verbiage. I like it a lot because it shows a lot of professionalism that no other fast food place will. The food here was great as always and the service was amazing as ever. If you haven’t been to a Chick-​fil-​A, you need to go already!

I’m here atleast once a week, and the food quality, service, and speed is always top notch, I love this location. Chick fil a as a whole does a great job!

We love the Southport location for a late lunch. Too early and you run into a crowd, but by 1pm the crowd has cleared and there’s room in the play area for the babies to explore!

This location is always super busy but they are on top of things… They are fast and friendly and have great customer service. Today we stop for customer appreciation day and we dressed up as cows and our lunch was free:)

I stopped for a late Saturday lunch while on a road trip. I am always amazed at the friendliness of the Chick-​fil-​a employees. Today was no exception. Conner, my order taker was polite, cheerful and respectful. My order was brought to my table and I was asked if I needed a refill. Other restaurants could learn a lot about service from this chain. Very clean as well, and of course the chicken sandwich was yummy.

Always great service at this location. From being greeted to having the door held for us on the way out.
I highly recommend the breakfast. Chicken minis are a great salty/​sweet way to start the morning, but you can’t go wrong with the traditional chicken and biscuit combo.

This was a great road trip stop with a place for the kids, good food and super friendly staff! Mouthwash in the bathroom? How nice is that after a French fry indulgence. :). My chicken sandwich was tasty as well.

This place is far different than many fast food joints around. The management here ensures that customer service is top priority. They also give military who are in uniform and dine in free meals. There is something to be said about a business that makes it appoint to honor those who serve our great country. Freedom isn’t free, and they get it. Plus, their chicken sandwich is by far the best around. Only made better by the sweet tea.

This is the first time I have been to Chick-​fil-​A and was disappointed. The sandwiches were hot and fresh but all I could taste was the grease. Impeccable courtesy by the staff.

The staff at this location is super friendly! I hit this up for breakfast on occaision. Chicken Mini’s with Salsa are they way to start the day. The tots can be a bit on the salty side sometimes. Fruit cups available and always a good option. Coke Zero on tap=makes for a happy girl! Southwest chicken salad with Spicy dressing hits the spot for a quick lunch too!
I think it’s awesome they are closed on Sunday.

There are some things in life that I will never understand. How do cell phones work? What is gravity? How did Forrest Gump look normal yet have a back that was as ‘crooked as a question mark’? Or even, why do people care about Jersey Shore? But one question that really has me perplexed is how Chick-​Fil-​A created a chicken sandwich that is nothing short of a masterpiece.
Most would agree that Chick-​Fil-​A is a bit of a luxury, I mean, almost $ 4 for a fast food sandwich? But at the same time, these sandwiches are so damn good it’s nearly justifiable. Worse, you seriously contemplate buying more than one!
This Chick-​Fil-​A on Southport road has free Wi-​fi, awesome/​energetic staff, and apparently free breakfast on Wednesday! I would drive 20 miles out of my way for free Chick-​Fil-​A. What a revelation! On that note, I’m about to buy another sandwich and not even be mad about it!
