Domino’s Pizza

I have waited over 2.5 hours and now they tell me another 20 minutes… believe them or order elsewhere… that’s the question. This is ridiculous.

Is Domino’s the best pizza in the world? No. But this Domino’s location is five star for a few reasons:
–Friendly pizza drivers
–Order online in advance if you know you’ll need pizzas for an event coming up
–While you don’t get reminder emails, my orders have always been delivered right on time with no issues
–There’s always a deal going on. Case in point: I ordered 30 pizzas for an event and with tip cost me under $ 300. Score!
If I needed to feed a large crowd on a budget in the near future, this would be my go-​to.

A 3hr delivery time sad story about a girl and her desperate need for pizza on a week night. I ordered this pizza around 7:30 and did not get it until almost 11pm. When I called after giving them 2hrs (cause I get it, things get crazy) they were unapologetic and told me that my pizza had been delivered and returned to the store. They had trouble finding the place and attempted to call me but no one answered. I’m in my 20’s, you can damn well assume I had my phone next to me the entire time, and never received a phone call. When it was still not delivered after an hour of that I called again, put on «hold» aka they set the phone down while they joked around in the background, not answering my question. Pizza was cold, I didn’t get a refund, which honestly I should have.
Very said story indeed. If you’re going to have this much trouble delivering all your orders in an orderly fashion, then you need to let your customers know. That is all, now that my pizza is delivered, I’m going to bed… cause its late and I work.

It took OVER 2 hours to get our pizzas.
After calling three different times and being told to «Just be patient» our pizza got here 2:15 minutes after ordering.
All three pizzas were cold, one had been thrown all over the place and the toppings were in the bottom of the box, and one was made incorrect.
I called a fourth time, and was told that there was no point in them send replacements because it would just be another 2 hours.
The GENERAL MANAGER yelled at me several times, told me I wasn’t her problem, and then hung up on me three times when I called back. The last time I called back whoever answer the phone didn’t even say «Domino’s» and just said Hold, and put me on hold. 10 minutes later, I just hung up.
I have been ordering from Domino’s twice a week for probably 5 years. After this experience, I will NEVER eat at Domino’s again. Your review helps others learn about great local businesses.

We love this Domino’s. They’re probably our favorite chain pizza place. Part of our draw to them is the pizza tracker which is very precise and answers questions before we have to ask. They’re always so fast, friendly and the pizzas are always hot, in tact and yummy.
Our most recent order left us a little disappointed. We ordered the Fiery Hawaiian Pizza and they left off the pineapple. It was still good, however, the pineapple was sorely missed. The spinach and feta stuffed cheesy bread was really good.
The wandering pineapple is not going to deter us from ordering again. We like our Domino’s and we understand that sometimes there might be an off night. Next time, though, we want our pineapple! :)

Great food, great pricing, and unlike the Happy Pizza across the street, I can place an order AND get it delivered correctly. Imagine that, a customer driven pizza place. Crazy.
