If I could give zero starts I would. I would not recommend patronizing Fix My Cell Indianapolis. Took a phone in today for a broken charger port. Was told they would call to report when the repair was complete or to let me know if they needed to order the part. They called my husband’s phone to let me know the pay needed to be ordered. Went to pick it up and it wouldn’t turn on. Exchanged batteries with my husband(who’s phone is the same model) about half an hour later and discovered it won’t turn on at all. Their response was that the phone was broken when I got there(not on). But I’d been listening to a book on tape when I walked in and I had to silicone the earphones and turn over the book. It was on. Not only did he NOT offer a refund upfront it was clear that when I told him I wanted one he acted like I should feel privileged that he also removed the«bench fee» which I was never informed of in the first place. Seriously? What a waste of time and money. This business is also not BBB accredited. Follow up: When I took the phone into Sprint I discovered that my SIM card was missing. Since then my information has been sold and people have been trying to access multiple accounts nonstop since.

We break a lot of phones in my family so I thought that I would be proactive when my daughter’s iPhone screen broke and I paid to have it replaced with tempered glass. Two days later, the top corner of the screen popped up and causing the corner of the glass to break off. As with any screen crack, it spidered a bit across the screen. I called right away and was told to bring it back in. I explained that I did not get to that side of town frequently and he said«whenever, no problem. Fast forward to a few weeks later took the phone back and he basically told me that I was lying –that even though they do lift away pretty often,(that would have been good information) that they do not break. Full price to fix and he would not honor the supposed warranty. Not even a discount and he was condesceding as hell(Yes i saw you roll your eyes) even though i was never rude. I am a reasonable person, wasn’t expecting anything free, and am very loyal if I am treated well. My intention was to spend another 450 for another device repair. Guess I will be going elsewhere. Caveat Emptor!
