I had an amazing experience here today! I went in to find jewelry for a dress that I had bought here last week, and ended up finding another dress that I liked. The associate helped me find accessories for the new dress and then held it for me while I went to get the old dress I exchange it. According to my receipt, her name was Jaslin. The whole time she was helping me, she was also greeting and helping other customers. She was amazing and I’m so happy with what I got!

Will never give this place my business again after the way I was treated when trying to return something with a receipt, tagged, unworn, 7-​days after purchase. I had just changed my mind, and the girl asked me if I’d rather «exchange» than return, and when I said «no», she straight starred saying to her co-​worker: «I. Just can’t win»…really? This place gets no more of my $. Very rude. Clay terrace is very nice, but the staff at castleton is horrible

Horrible customer service, cannot believe it is still in business. I had purchased an item from the store not long ago, lost the receipt but when I tried to return it a few days Iater I was guilted into keeping it, the girl acted like she could have gotten fired because «corporate would have thought it was an internal theft» whatever that was supposed to mean. She could even look up my purchase, found my receipt in their computer system and I had my card I bought it on. She even remembered helping me a few days prior and everything! Be warned if you purchase something as a gift for someone they may not be able to return it because of their awful policies they have in place! Sad too because they do have some cute items.

All I can say is that once you enter this store, good luck leaving without buying something. EVERYTHING is soooo chic and cute! I have to stop myself from even going in when I pass by. The clothing is so girly and fresh!

When you walk in here — you feel like you’ve walked into a private boutique. Being from Chicago, I was surprised to hear that they have a location in the city. I didn’t expect to hear that it was a chain. Come to find out that they have locations in almost every state. I guess I am behind the times!
They sell cute funky pattered shirts and dresses, super cute jewelry, little gift items, and accessories. It’s a little expensive, but at least you won’t have the same dress as everyone else. It reminds me of the store Anthropologie but less expensive.
