I can’t say enough good things about their customer service. They texted me a picture of the flower they were sending. The recipients for out of town and so that delivery took several days. I got a very nice voicemail message informing me of the delay As soon as my family was back in town, they got the delivery. These folkscouldn’t have been nicer, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. The poinsettia was beautiful, too

I have been ordering from Gillespie’s for years. I love the fact that they send you a picture of the flowers you order. Very nice touch. Very fast service too even on holidays. Thanks for being awesome!

I realized at 4:55 the evening before my mother — in — law’s funeral that no one had ordered flowers for her casket. A quick call to Gillespie florist resulted in great help choosing a beautiful spray with custom wording on the ribbon. Less than 2 hours later, I received a text photo of the beautiful arrangement which had been made. (Someone worked after hours, mind you.)The flowers were delivered to the funeral home by noon the next day. They were lovely. I am so impressed with Gillespie florists!

Gillespie Florists was a lifesaver! My best friend got engaged on New Year’s Eve, and since I live 1,300 miles away, I wanted to send her flowers at work the next day to celebrate. However, I had no idea that sending flowers on New Year’s Day would be such a challenge! I got online, tried the big national flower delivery services, and couldn’t find anyone who would deliver same-​day. So, I started calling every florist in Indianapolis and was told repeatedly that no one would deliver on a holiday. Gillespie Florists came to the rescue. The woman I spoke to was friendly, professional, and efficient. She took my order over the phone, provided an immediate email receipt, and delivered a beautiful bouquet right on time. I was very impressed with the service and the floral arrangement, and the price was reasonable. I don’t know whether I’ll need a florist in Indianapolis again, but if I ever do, Gillespie will be my first call!

Gillespie did my wedding flowers last summer and they were absolutely gorgeous! I couldn’t have asked for better prices for such gorgeous arrangements. Plus the staff is delightful. I’m a big fan and will continue to shop them for any flower needs.

Picture it: I’m frantically trying to chase down a woman who called me about a delivery that she couldn’t get to me because my place of business wasn’t open. I’m pumped because I think it’s the giant sized dry erase board I ordered last week when low an behold the delivery woman enters with a dozen roses!
Aside from the beautiful bouquet the woman who delivered them to me was awesome, friendly, and genuinely excited to be delivering something that she knew meant so much to me. Great service, great flowers!

Administration Day, birthdays, funerals whatever your reason, call or stop in. Beautiful florals and a wonderful selection onsite for planters, large or small. The gift section offers beautiful statutory, plaques and fresh flowers to purchase and take with you. These folks are great to work with and always friendly and helpful for the past 30 years.

Gillespie did the flowers for my wedding. They were beautiful and their wedding consultant (Lacey) was a doll! They were so easy to work with. The shop itself is huge. They carry a variety of candles, faux florals, and gift-​shop-​type stufff (Like Webkinz). Perfect for finding a gift. They are highly recommended!
