I don’t think this place is open anymore. We order food from here when working at the fairgrounds. It used to be just okay. It was close and convenient. Looks open when you drive by, their phone number no longer works.

The food is still good most of the time. However be cautious of the hours posted online. As I leave this review they are supposed to be open yet they are not. This is the third time they were scheduled to be open but are not and there is no information as to why.

Where are the negative stars??? After living in Michigan and moving here 5 years ago I was so excited for a taste of home. One of the first times we ordered we got moldy marinara sauce, I drove back up and was told by the employee that«it was just ice». It has been a crap shoot every time and I want to give the benefit of the doubt when I see there is a new manager. The final nail in the coffin happened tonight when I called a hour and 15 min before closing time that was stated in their flyers, Google etc. I was so angry I actually drove up there and the lights were off and the employees were sitting up front with their friends coming in and out of the front door. I will NEVERGOBACK!

I have been a customer of Happy’s Pizza for well over a year now. My last two orders have not gone out for delivery until after I called 30 minutes past the expected delivery time. Anyone who uses Coupons will tell you they don’t apply the coupon to your delivery order at all, then give you a run around when you call to complain about it. Today a «Manager» named Tim informed me that they cancel coupons at their own discression without notifying the customer that the coupon is not valid. When asked for the Owner/higher office contact information I was told they don’t have an owner and no place to complain to. After being pressed he rented with a «corporate» phone number. I have recommended this place to many people. I will now make sure to tell every single one of them to STAYAWAY!

I am shocked this place is still open. The overwhelmingly awful service I received made me believe they would be closed within months. I am a retail General Manager, and I just can’t believe anybody I interacted with could still have their jobs. I’m a very calm person, and I never raise my voice to people in customer service. I know how tough the work can be. I could not imagine how poorly the staff reacts when people actually get upset with them. Here is what happened to me. I ordered a pizza for delivery. I was told 20 – 30 minutes. I sat in my living room waiting for an hour. At that time, I called the store to find out what was going on. The employee said that the driver already came to my house, and I didn’t answer the door. I let her know that I had been in the living room waiting the whole time, so he must have gone to the wrong house. She said«That’s not possible. He went to the right house. You just didn’t hear him knock.» I asked if he called the number I provided. She said, «Why should he have to call you, if you don’t answer the door?» She huffed and asked if I wanted her to send him back. I told her I would just prefer a refund, as I did not want to wait any longer for the food. Especially since it was now over an hour, and I was sure they weren’t going to cook the food over. She huffed again and said«Whatever. I have to get a manager for a refund.» The manager then got on the phone. She didn’t ask me anything or apologize. She just got on the phone and said«You paid with a card, so it will take a few days for a refund to go through.» I told her that’s fine. She replied«Fine. It’s going to take a minute. Hang on.» After a minute or so, she said. «There. It’s refunded. Bye.» She hung up the phone, and that was it. Nobody apologized to me a single time for their driver’s mistake. Not once. I’m just floored thinking about this whole situation. Pathetic is the only word that can come close to describing the customer service. Pathetic or nonexistent.

The food is good, I’ll give them that. Everything else needs work. When I called to place an order the other day, I was told 20 – 25 minutes. I got there 25 minutes later and STILL had to wait another 25 minutes until it was ready. That experience has soured me on Happy’s.

My friend has lived down the street from Happy’s for close to a year now, and just recently have we experienced the magic that is Happy’s Pizza. This place is unbelievable. They have more options than I possibly know what to do with. The menu is quite overwhelming, but everything I’ve had has been quality. My first experience here I was craving BBQ, so I ordered the rib tip dinner, which consisted of one pound of rib tips, fries, coleslaw, and garlic/butter bread. The meal was around $ 8 and completely worth it. I couldn’t finish the meal in one sitting. I also ordered a drink, and, believe it or not, they have classic, sugary, delicious Kool-Aid! The BBQ was cooked well and the fries are phenomenal. You can order a large fry for $ 3 and be completely satisfried(get it?). Happy’s also has amazing lunch specials from 10am — 3pm. These lunches are $ 5 and completely worth it. They have a small one-topping pizza, stuffed cheese bread, salad, cheeseburger and fries, five piece wings and fries, six-inch sub and fries, and five piece jumbo shrimp and fries. I ordered a six-inch pizza sub and fries and was a really happy camper. Friends of mine have had the cheeseburger and fries and said it’s amazing, too. The boneless wings here are pretty spot-on. Don’t pass up Happy’s like we did for so long.

It was really late and my beau and I were starving so we popped in for some fried chicken. The food was pretty good. Not crazy-amazing, but better than the fried chicken I have had otherwise around town. However, it took FOREVER for it to come out, we were waiting an hour for some fried chicken and fish. I am assuming they were just really busy, their phone was ringing a lot, so I will give them a pass. BUT we were seriously experiencing some hardcore hunger pains. I guess that means they really do make it from scratch though. I didnt really find the fried fish to be flavourful, it wasn’t bad though, but I wouldnt recommend it. The fried chicken was great, nice and crispy.

The pizza is decent. The 7th grade dropouts who answer the phone, not so much. I would save time, money, and frustration and order from the Domino’s across the street.

Menu has a ton of items, too bad none of them are good. Philly cheesesteak was awful. Fried fish and shrimp were tolerable. Wings and sauces were not good and staff was slow loud and obnoxious. sorry haven’t tried the pizza and don’t plan to.

They have everything here! Pizza, ribs, chicken, burgers, salads, fish, shrimp!!! Everything! They are new so they are still getting the routine down so the wait may be longer than neccessary right now but I am sure that will change. I had them cater our lunch a couple of week ago and everybody loved it. We got a mix of chicken wings, ribs, pizza and salad. Very friendly employees and owner.
