Subs are always great! But I have to give applause to the hard working bike delivery guys! No matter what the weather they are always smiling when they deliver your subs! Thank you Derek for my delivery today in this cold and windy weather! Bless your heart!

So I pop in here probably once a week? And I am always out within 6 minutes. This location is definitely something to see for those living outside the city, because you’ll see bicycle delivery guys in their gear in and out of here in a «freaky fast» manner that’s faster than those locations who rely on cars.
And those bicycle guys are the friendliest ones there. The women at this location don’t ever seem to be as kind or patient (went with someone once who didn’t know what she wanted and you wouldn’t believe the side eye she got).
They also seem to remember the orders of regular customers. Something a little extra.
I am a bootlegger’s club with no tomato girl.
Oh and if you want a bit less carbs and for your fillings not to come out, you can ask them to carve some of the bread out. I forget what it’s actually called there… Bread out or something? But I used to do that all the time when I lived in St. Louis.
You can also do an «unwich» which is without bread… Lettuce instead (see that little rhyme I did there)
Don’t come here if you think you need a reservation or you care about presentation. This is fast sub sandwiches.
Oh and This location has seating and I see people eating in all the time. There’s also an outdoor patio space out front.

They get it wrong more often than they get it right.
I once called for a co-​worker who got the complete wrong sandwich. The guy that answered the phone argued with me saying he made it himself and it wasn’t wrong. That may have been the case, but it was put in the wrong bag or the the wrong bag was grabbed. They promised a refund that never came.
During that conversation, I mentioned that the office ordered from them a lot. He laughed in my ear and ASSURED me that we don’t do that much business with them. Cocky.
The number of chips or cookies or drinks that I’ve paid for and never received has to be almost $ 100.

The food is good but I cannot recall a single experience where the delivery personnel were polite. I ordered a sandwich to arrive at 12:15. The guy tried to drop it off at 11:45 because he misread my ticket. Accidents happen, that’s understandable. The manager was nice enough to contact me and make sure all was okay. He promised it would be delivered again within ten minutes. I waited about twenty… no call, no sign of a delivery guy. So I call back, got ahold of the manager. He had it to me within five minutes. The third guy was completely unapologetic and smelled like pot. I’ve never had a problem before this experience, other than the drivers being less-​than-​enthusiastic. Disappointed. But, the manager was cool. I had to bump up a star because of this.

You cannot go wrong with JJ’s. The bread is always fresh and doughy, just how I like it. Their ingredients are also fresh and their staff is also nice. To me that’s a win-​win-​win.

I have never in my life ordered food and it have something wrong or the time has been awfully slow for a company that themes on «freaky fast». When in error they don’t refund or say we have yours next time. And I have ordered from them countless times as I live downtown. Time to give someone else my business.
Case in point — I ordered online. They brought me the incorrect sandwich 50 minutes later. I immediately called to inform. An HOUR later I HAVE TO CALL. they said they must have given it away on accident??? And did I want another one sent out or refund. Ummmm how about BOTH? And actually making it right. Why do I need to call an hour later — if it’s incorrect it should have been there within atleast a half hour. So 2 hours later and I still had nothing to eat. Thanks guys.

Fast, accurate, delicious. Would prefer the delivery person not smoke on the way to my office.

This is a great jimmy johns. I live downtown and I have ordered online and had them deliver my sandwich by bike and always been on time.

Even in the bitter cold winters Indy experiences, this location doesn’t fail to live up to its «freaky fast» claims. They serve the downtown working crowd quickly and effectively. I ordered a sandwich online during the lunch rush and the JJ employee had it at the front desk at my office within 15 minutes. Impressive.
Other than that, its Jimmy John’s… nothing too crazy or out there but the sandwiches are always fresh and good. Great quick lunch fix when you’re too busy to leave work. Also in an easy to get to location right off the Circle for dine in or carry out.

Jimmy John’s is like the Toyota Corolla of restaurants. It’s efficient, reliable, offends no one, and boring as heck. You won’t die of food poisoning, you’ll never eat any food that’s «challenging» in a good or bad sense, and it’s entirely meh-​inducing.
I try to avoid it whenever I can because life is too short to eat Jimmy John’s, but I was forced to go here by people I was with. People around here seem to love this place, which I don’t get.

First time at a Jimmy John’s and immediately I questioned when they were coming to the West Coast. The sandwich was just as tasty as I hoped it would be (I love sandwiches so I was extremely happy), the bread was fluffy, the meats were tasty, and the sauces they added to it made this a sandwich that my dreams are made out of. I will have to look to see if there is an establishment near me in order to try a different sandwich soon!

Not the best sandwich shop downtown but good nonetheless. It’s good for a quick lunch if you work downtown. You are in and out of there within minutes, even during the lunch rush. The staff is always nice and friendly. The sandwiches are good but you don’t get a huge sub for the price you pay. That’s the only downside with this company. I ordered delivery from here for dinner once and it took a lot longer than it should have. I would have been better off riding my own bike there and bringing it back as I would have gotten it quicker. In all, it’s a quick meal and a great location for a quick lunch but the delivery service leaves something to be desired.

Jimmy John, you looked like an ugly flat sandwich with an ugly bread shell, yet you surprised me at first bite.
YUM! I just don’t know what it was that made it great, I don’t know what I ordered, but it was delicious!

I got stuck in my hotel room for a night and wanted something quick and easy to eat because it was far too cold to go outside. I ordered Jimmy Johns for a sub, and drink. It when it was delivered I tipped my guy and headed to my room. There was no straw and no mustard or mayo which I asked specifically for. A little peeved, I called the location to see if the guy was still near enough to at least give me a straw and before I got an entire sentence out, I was put on hold for several minutes before I hung up to eat my dry sandwich.
It isn’t a huge deal, and if I would have been told «sorry» when I called, I wouldn’t be writing this review. Just dissatisfied with my experience.

It was the day after Christmas, and poor Jimmy Johns was slammed. 1.5 hours I wanted for my lunch, for this, I had not planned. I felt bad for the poor delivery guy, I could tell he was stressed. I could tell he was not happy with his day, he was not impressed. I’m sorry Jimmy, for this you lose a star. Don’t you worry, I’ll order again, I just hope the next delivery time is not sub-​par.

THE perfect lunch on a busy day at work. YOU know that day… when you look at the clock and think, «Oh I guess I don’t have time to get lunch» but then you remember that your cell phone is in your pocket with the number to Jimmy John’s on speed dial and 20 minutes later a #13 gourmet veggie club is delivered right to the conference room.
Then everyone else who is eating a Lunchable or Pop Tart becomes extremely jealous as you unwrap your perfect sandwich with layers of provolone cheese, real avocado spread, fresh cucumber, lettuce, tomato and mayo on 7 grain whole wheat bread. And they think, «Next time I will order Jimmy John’s too» as they munch on stale crackers and overly processed cheese food product.
This location is always perfect… freaky fast, freaky good, freaky reliable.

Typical Jimmy Johns… friendly staff, quick service and decent food. They do a HUGE amount of deliveries, so watch out for the bikers and expect to wait a few seconds longer during lunch time while they squeeze in some of the deliveries while making yours.

Great sandwiches and a perfect dinner after appetizers at the Rathskeller and some wine at Tastings. Kudos to those hard men and women who have been delivering sandwiches on single speed bike through the winter and on the icy roads!

Lunch time is loud here. There is outside seating in season which is a great place to lunch and watch people. Most people grab it to go. And if you want to see a parade of bike messengers, this is the place. I think they must feed half of downtown for lunch.
For me, I really appreciate Jimmy John’s because they understand what a lettuce wrap should be. It is called an un-​wich and is an awesome way to have a lunch meat sandwich. I cannot tell you (or maybe I will with other reviews) all the places I go and ask for no bun with extra lettuce and then think «are you kidding me» when served. Not at Jimmy John’s. The lettuce wrap un-​wich is awesome. I highly recommend you give it a try with your favorite sandwich.
