Do not take your alteration needs to this business. After taking 3 weeks to put in a simple hem on my bridesmaid dress for a destination wedding, the night of the wedding it fell out. $ 30 is what she charged me for the hem. I had to wear the dress again for a home reception and I brought the dress back to her showing her that it had fallen out. I assumed she would do it for free as to her shoddy hem work is the reason it fell out after wearing the dress just ONCE. There was no mention of her going to charge me again.
Two weeks later I go to pick up the dress and she tried to charge me another $ 14 for the re-​hem! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! That’s just not right. And that is what I said to her and had to argue with her that I would not be paying her for her shitty alterations job that she did and I left.
There are plenty of other places that will stand behind their work.

Owner is very rude. Too many others that can do the same quality of work and treat you with respect.
