I have been utilizing Morellis Cleaners on Binford Blvd Indianapolis IN for years, allowing them to clean my most expensive articles of clothing. This relationship has come to end on 10÷15÷15. I dropped off an expensive Calvin Klein scarf in August along with two winter coats. Picked up the items and the scarf was damaged. The scarf has rime stones, bling etc. all over it. They melted the scarf and damaged it. The scarf cost $ 199.00. When I was told that the I had to leave the scarf and that a CSM would call me to discuss the damages. It took the CSM over a week to call me. When she did call me back she has more excuses than Then once she called me I was told that the owner wasn’t in for a week and that she had to take it over with him to see what he would decide. That took another week, even then I had to call the CSM to follow up with her. Once I got the CSM manager on the phone I was advised that owner of Morellis was not going to refund me anything on the damage of the scarf or the initial amount I paid for having it dry cleaned. One thing about being a consumer I can pick and choose where I take my clothes for dry cleaning. BEWARE!!! Don’t expect your issues to be handled by this self-proclaimed dry cleaners. #bad business on so many levels #no ownership or accountability on the company #very poor customer service and reaction time

First of all, the woman manager/supervisor at the Rangeline store is rude and unprofessional. I was pointed there by Raleigh limited. My first and only batch of dry cleaning left me without a brand new Burberry Tie that they ruined and took apart to try and fix. I confirmed with the store that it was purchased from that the tie was no longer the same as the other ties(shape and size) just like it after Morellis«tried» to fix it. Even after being promised that they would do everything they could for me to be satisfied, even replacement, Rachel the customer service manager stopped returning my calls. I received a letter from the president that apologized for inconveniencing me and that they would do nothing more. I emailed him a very nice letter informing him of the unprofessional and rude manner that I was treated by his«staff». I haven’t heard back from him. Luckily I am in a position to literally let hundreds of people in the area know of my experience and that they should go to STARCRESTCLEANERS.

As I gingerly type this review, I’m reminded that I forgot to take a photo of said establishment. Rats! Anyway, Morelli’s is great… they’ve been in this location seemingly forever(at least since I was a little tyke) and I’ve been driving my dad there for years to pick up his dry-cleaning. During my short time living in Indianapolis, I depended on Morelli’s for their great service, relatively inexpensive prices, and reasonable turnaround(ex: suit cleaned for $ 4.95, back in three days, no gimmicks). While Morelli’s may not feature the full-service of some cleaners(i.e. hats, shoe shines, shoe repairs, etc.) they’ve relied on the same solid customer base for years and have shined on. I rue the day I’m driving by on my way to visit home and see a «closed» sign in their window!

Good turnaround and decent prices mark this successful, locally-owned outfit that’s extended its reach from Indy to northern enclaves of Carmel and Fishers. Never had a garment lost here(knock on wood).
