Na Express Alterations

I’ve had several pants and two formal dresses altered here– all a perfect fit. Fast and affordable too!

This review is strictly for the new dry cleaning services. It seems like they are still learning the craft. I dropped off a bunch of business shirts and a winter coat.
Couple of the shirts had horrible creases pressed into them which I was not able to remove with a steam iron. I’m talking a 5″ long crease right on the front of the shirt, impossible not to notice. Also, creases on/​around the pocket.
Tags stapled to the fabric, sometimes in a place where you’d worry about ripping the fabric while removing the tags. What happened to the good ol’ dry cleaners pen in an inconspicuous area? Huge PITA.
No padding when hanging polo shirts on metal hangers == shoulder puckers.
They also lure you in with «$x most garments dry clean», but once you get inside there is a loooong list of exceptions.
Still on a search for a decent dry cleaner in Indy, which is funny since I have never had bad luck with something as simple as dry cleaning elsewhere.

Just reviewing again to highlight some more satisfied customer experiences from this great place. I found an amazing silk jumpsuit from the Avon Goodwill that I had my hands on for awhile just wondering what to do with it because it was an odd pant length. I had been dreaming of a black long sleeve jumper with shorts on the bottom since before I had even found this gem with no such luck in stores and online. I took it into Na Express, and $ 5 and a week later, viola! My dream was a reality. I had the perfect outfit for my cousin’s wedding with less than $ 15 invested in it.
This place is a gem. Love them for all my dry cleaning and alterations needs.
