Seems like they might be moving? The store was about 75% filled with items and I passed a new(opening soon) location down the street. I typically find myself at Party City for one of two things: 1.) balloon blowing(.70 if you bring your own balloons and $ 1+ if not) or 2.) frantic last minute party items like photo booth props or costume accessories. Service seems to be hit or miss at most of the Party City locations I’ve been to in Indy — but I’ll continue to frequent this chain for it’s abundance of tacky party shit.(and helium.)

Timmy: «Let’s have a kiki!» Sally: «Do we need something for that?» Timmy: «Of course! Why don’t you run over to Party City and pick up some stuff for it!» Sally: «What in the heck should I get?» Timmy: «Oh, don’t worry, the experts at Party City will help you find everything! Just tell them what kind of themed event you’re having and they’ll show you plenty of options. Why, just the other day I decided it would be great to have a luau at my favorite Greek restaurant in town, and I ran over there and left with bags and bags of awesome decorations and didn’t break the bank! Sally: «Gosh Timmy, that sounds great!» Timmy: «You bet it was, Sally! Anytime I need balloons, streamers, Halloween costumes or decorations for just about any event, I run over to Party City. You should too! Now hurry up and get over there so we can get this kiki started!»
