Well if you are looking for service with a smile, you better not look here. The crew seems to rather be fishing or basically anywhere other than at their job. Food is still good, but maybe they should hire some folks that would appreciate having a job. No greeting, no eye contact, no asking if I wanted my sandwich toasted or anything, no question if I wanted anything else, no thanks, no go to the other end of counter to pay, no thank you… just nothing at all, one of the most blah experiences ever…

Another example of incompetence. Ordered, and waited, and waited, and watched three others who ordered after me got theirs before me. Asked and they spent five minutes trying to figure out where the order was — no luck. So, waited some more. Effing chain!

Had the cheesesteak combo. Meal came fairly quickly of course, there was only one other customer at the time. So, not sure how they fair when busy. The cheesesteak was good. Not great but good. They serve fresh cut fries which is always a welcome change. The cashier taking orders was a bit flat personality wise. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a non-​burger joint and not Subway.

Nice, clean place with lots of seating with friendly service and accurate carry outs. The standbys of fries and lemonade are always good. Yes, the fries aren’t cheap but another reason to share.
Good about specialty requests and building your own sandwich. Easy to get in and out on lunch hour. Call ahead orders have been accurate and I rarely double check anymore before leaving. The artichoke sandwich is one of my favorites loaded with peppers and cheese.
