Wow. This started as a 1-star rating, but a little redeeming has raised it to a 2-star rating. In truth, I can be a little forgiving on service when a place is busy or a worker is new, but when the manager is uninformed on promotions that are clearly labeled in multiple places around the business and is, initially, unwilling to fix her error, I can’t help but be disappointed and blunt on my review. To start, I saw on the main sign that they offered a $ 3 chicken strip box that included two strips, fries, and a cone or apple pie. I asked for that and a drink. I thought it was strange that she didn’t ask which dessert I wanted, but I waited to see if it would come up when they gave us our food. My husband ordered a shake and fries. When we received our order, my husband’s food was correct, but all I received was 2 strips. No dessert, no fries. So, I asked about it, stating that I thought the sign said it came with fries and a desert. She just said, «Yeah. It’s new. I don’t really know much about it. It’s confusing.» Then she walked away. She seemed to have no concern over fixing the error or even figuring out if she’d made one. If the story ended there, 1 star for service for sure! Annoyed, I walked over to check the sign again, and I verified that it said it came with the desert and fries, so the hubs went back to talk to her again. A little while later, he returned with a waffle cone(an upgraded cone), a larger fry than was supposed to be included, and half of a small vanilla shake(lol — apparently that seemed appropriate but their machine was broken). He also said she apologized, too. So, in short… food was as expected, shake was good. I’d say 3 stars for the food. However, service is important, and while she redeemed herself some, I’d say 2 stars is all I can muster. In truth, I think this location could benefit from some manager training or possibly new leadership.

The food is always nice and hot, but I found it ridiculous when I asked for one thing of ranch for my chicken sandwich and he was going to charge me $ 0.53 for it. The wait time is always atrocious as well. Took probably 10 minutes in the drive thru when there was only one car in front of me.

I really like Rally’s food, however every Rally that I have gone to lately, the service hasn’t been very good. The workers didn’t seem to care if they waited on me or not. And every time I have had to wait a long time to get my food. The food is good, but the service isn’t. They need to improve their service to their customers.
