If I could give this location zero stars I absolutely would. I ordered a phone from asurion to replace my phone that was stolen. the phone they sent me was still defective with no sound… doesn’t ring. will not play music… or videos/movies. I called asurion once I received my replacement and they told me to go to this sprint store on crawfordsville road and they wld fix it or switch it out for another. They inspected the phone and said they couldn’t fix it and would order me another and call me when it comes in. 8 days go by without hearing from staff so I call the store. They say they hav no record of anyone placing an order for me but the gentleman said he will order one now and it should b in in a couple days. I give them 7 days and go back in and guess wht… still no phone for me. They apologize the refurbished phones are on back order. So I wait for someone to call me when they get more phones I never hear from anyone. I go back to the store a week later and tell them I cannot keep waiting to get wht I hav already paid for. The female manager/lead sends me to apple and says they will give me a new one if I go there. The Apple Store is on the complete other side of town but ok I want a phone. So I go to the Apple Store and they tell me there is a 2 and half hour wait to speak with someone about my issue! Like absolutely no way I’m waiting that long. U have to make an appt 3 – 4 days in advance to get the date that u want. I finally go to my appt and they say we apologize but this replacement phone has been repaired with 3rd party parts we cannot take it back or give u a new one because it has parts in it that are not Apple parts. Back to the sprint store i go! They give me more run around. More of oh we are so sorry. More our iPhone 6 is still on back order. Basically just wait some more. Like wtf. Bc at this point it has been like 6 weeks since I have been carrying around this broke a** phone that I just paid 200 $ for. Ridiculous. And no one cares. The phones on their hips work perfectly fine. They ring… they can play video and music so y wld they care. I ask for the district managers information bc at this point everyone I hav spoken to has not given a d*** about my problem. They refuse to give me the district managers information but give me the store managers info. I figure he must b just as incompetent as his employees bc he’s the one running the show. I wasn’t wrong. He had the audacity to b upset at the fact that I was pissed off at the entire situation and them giving me the run around at every turn for about 6 weeks. There was so arguing involved. It’s not my fault that I have zero faith in this location to remedy my problem. They hav been dropping the ball with me for more than a month. The store manager refused to send in my request and try to Get me a new phone although I know all the account information and security questions/pin. He says my mother needs to call in instead. Pure buffoonery. That is the purpose of the security question and pin so that the actual account holder is not necessary. They Are absolutely unprofessional and I hav had enough. I will attempt to contact corporate and go from there. If they don’t solve my issue I am done with sprint and will be going to Verizon. Id rather pay extra for data usage than to continue to put up with their crap and awful service. Horrible experience. I am still livid that these companies are so large that they do not have to be accountable for their shortcomings. It’s like they can treat us however they want and we are just defenseless to it all. I absolutely hate feeling like I cannot fend for myself. Bc with this my hands are tied No one has respected me or what I am going through and really tried to help remedy the situation. But I know how to utilize my resources so I will also b writing the bbb about this location. STEERCLEAROFTHISLOCATION.

Love Sprints service, contracts, unlimited data, long distance, and text plan, and variety of phones, mobile data devices, wireless hot spots, wireless cards, and tablets. The Speedway location is also a service/repair center with knowledgeable and helpful staff. They always seem to remedy the issue. Be sure to review the fine print and with most contracts there can be areas that need defining more clearly(specifically, the insurance plan). I’ve been with Sprint now for 10+yrs and would not switch providers. HTC droid phones rock.

Jessica C. was Super Helpful, it’s a Huge & Busy Store, i can’t even tell how much she helped this newbie on the South East corner across from the Speedwasy Shopping Mall, across the street from Marsh & also directly across from KFC

After having been with AT&T for 6+ years, it was time for a change. My phone was toast(a Samsung Blackjack II that had some water damage via spilling juice on it,) and I was ready to make the jump up to a phone that could handle being a phone, texting, AND data. I had previously been to the AT&T store up in Broad Ripple and was unimpressed both by the customer service and by the plans offered. I’m not even sure I was shown any plans or options or really anything other than the sales person’s phone and how«cool» it was. Now, enter the Sprint store. I walked right up to the counter, was shown service plans, offered a few options via an easy to read pamphlet, and was then shown over to the phones to take a look at the different options. The salesperson was very up front with me about which phones are good, which are bad, which people like, which people don’t like, and offered me some good solid advice on the difference between a $ 50 android phone and a $ 200 android phone, explaining exactly what the $ 150 extra was buying me, which I appreciated. Of course the plans that I was shown on top of the all-too-fancy phone that I had chosen wound up being fairly expensive, I don’t feel like I was cheated out of any money or that I don’t know exactly what I’m spending money on. Sprint does a very nice job of making things simple for the consumer, which I love. The next day, I realized that my contacts hadn’t been switched from my old, sad phone to my new, shiny phone, so I went back into the store. I had to wait about 15 minutes to be helped, which wasn’t a problem. My only gripe about my whole experience with this Sprint store was that while I was waiting, I wanted to mess around with some of the other phones… but a lot of them weren’t working! Had I wanted to buy one, I’m not sure that I would have if the store copy wasn’t even working! But that aside, I had a great experience and am not looking forward to any troubles with Sprint.
