Great food as always, delivery is atrocious. Scary slow for this branch. Unfriendly customer service over phone, and they always forget napkins, straws, and sand which selections on delivery. As always 30 – 35 mins after order, it’s delivered… Down the street.

Work at a nearby Hotel and order from that location constantly and we always recommend it to our Hotel guest. Definitely rethinking this. Placed an order on 9÷21÷2015 around 12PM. Called back at 12;30PM and was told that *we is busy*. At 1PM I called again and without even saying anything the person on the other line said «I told you we is busy». Wow! Total and utter fail. And to top it off the delivery driver had the same attitude.

After writing this review and sending a comment on Jimmy John’s main page, the owner of this Jimmy Johns contacted me immediately. He left a voicemail and was very nice and wanted to reach a resolution. I have been very busy lately so have not had the chance to call him back. I received a gift card in the mail today with an apology from the owner and Jimmy Johns. I am thrilled with the customer service. I hate complaining and having to go about it this way but I truly appreciate the immediate response and the time the owner took to resolve the issue. I will be returning and make sure my boss gets her next sandwich with the gift card. Thank you!

This place is awesome! Delicious AND freaky fast! What more could you ask for?! The customer service is phenomenal. The girl with the blonde hair is so friendly and helpful. Great place!

Killer sub shop! They always get my sub –just– right! Freaky fast and polite drivers are always keepin’ it real. The store is always clean and I always get excellent service with a smile. I’m always going to be a customer!

Good place to eat as long as you are in the store. Delivery is always freaky slow at this location. Also — one of the employees hung up on me. Not impressed seeing as the company prides itself on being super fast.

If you’re a rush, need something ASAP, healthy and good price then Jimmy Johns is the answer. My favorite is the Beach Sub!

Guess what? JJ does subs best and that is pretty much it
I had a great tasting and fresher than fresh tuna sub, a cookie, a bag of low fat chips and a dill pickle the size of a babys head

After I ordered my sandwich, I waited in plain sight for almost 25 minutes before getting my sandwich. I didn’t want to be that annoying customer that bothers employees if they’re actually really busy, but after seeing half the staff not really doing anything, I approached one of the employees and asked if they had made my sandwich yet, only to be met with several blank stares. I had to retell them what I ordered, and the sandwich was made promptly. My sub was as good as ever, but I left the place rather irritated. For a chain that makes its reputation on being extremely fast, I’d say they failed.

Jimmy John’s is freaky fast and honestly its unnerving how fast they arrive at my house. Nice variety of sandwiches and salads with something for everyone. Their brand of potato chips are similar to a kettle chip and thicker than a regular chip. We like the jalapeño chips with a middle of the road heat and spice. The cookies are a little pricey but twice the size of Subway cookies. Sandwiches can be made into salads minus the bread for less carbs and calories. Nice option for delivery outside of pizza and couple Chinese restaurants in Speedway.
