This location is the closest Starbucks for me to get real coffee during work time. The store itself is beautiful due to the new building. Coffee taste consistent with other locations. But the service is NOT so good. The employee often in a cold mood. I often feel stupid to say Please or Thank you to them because the way they reacted. And today, I ordered a cheeses Danish, warm. After waited for over 10(when there was less than 5 customers total in the store) still did not see my Danish ready, I went to the cashier and wanted to ask about my order, I was ignored at first, then finally after I asked by any chance the Danish is ready, the answer was: It’s in the oven. 10min warm a Danish the oven must be not working. No apology, not nice, not even polite or proper.

Very fancy, love the décor! I wish we got discounts here as employees. You can sit outside if you. like the sunny day outside. Like any other star bucks, I do feel sad buying expensive lattes that I can make at home, but this place is an. absolute delight in. the middle of a very busy day In the hospital. I can’t tolerate the Seattle best coffee they have in the café so I’m very happy I have this option.

I’ve been bummed out ever since Hubbard & Cravens left Riley Hospital. While I prefer visiting a local chain, the newer Starbucks location in the Eskenazi Fifth Third building is the next closest place I can get my espresso fix alleviated. They offer discounted days and coupons that you typically don’t see at other Starbucks locations. It also opens at 6AM, which is a treat for us early-morning types. Maybe the 4 stars comes out of desperation due to lack of nearby espresso; whatever the reason, this location offers one a nice, new location to take a quiet break from work on the northwest side of campus.
