I normally love subway but this location has some of the worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced. I asked for an egg on my sandwich and the manager told me in the meanest way possible that they don’t serve it past (I’ve never been to subway before 11 and never had a problem). Once I sat down the manager spent the entire time gossiping and ranting at the top of her lungs.

As far as a Subway chain goes, this one is pretty decent. It’s clean, the service is quick and friendly, and it never seems to get annoyingly crowded like some other locations. Food is exactly like any other location, so all I can really comment on is the location and service– both of which deserve 4 stars!

Customer service is very lacking. Today visit met with a younger girl behind the counter with a very rude attitude. Immediately upon walking in I get hit with what do you want, not even having time to look or decide. When I said I did not know I received a disgusted look. To top it off when I did order I was informed they did not have my desired bread, no biggie I chose another to again get an attitude and be informed there was only white and wheat. Why ask anything but white or wheat if that was all there was. The over all impression is to get you out as fast as possible not for your convince but theirs. I will be finding a different subway to frequent even if this one is in my neighborhood.

Absolutely THE best Subway in Indianapolis! They’re always clean, great customer service, and the veggies are fresh. I go out of my way to get Subway from only this location.
