Thank you for a great experience! My thanksgiving orders were done perfectly and on time. They were so delicious, too. I also picked up some last minute party gifts that I needed. I love the variety of gifts and the service was amazing!

The name is a perfect description of what you’ll find here. Half of the store is filled with numerous types of candies, nuts and chocolates. The dark chocolate covered pretzels were my favorite followed by the drizzled pretzel. The chocolate was rich and creamy covering a fresh, crisp pretzel. Perfect spot for filling candy gift bags, Piñatas, wedding candy tables or just snacks as you drive by. The other half of the shop feels like a disconnect located in a candy and chocolate store. Regardless, they carry some cute, some useful, some bitter, some sweet gifts and gift cards. Honestly I’ll didn’t see anything on the gift side to bring me back however the chocolate side will see me many times in the near future.

I’m with the other reviewer about this place. I was thrilled to hear Indy had its very own«chocolatier,» but when I happened in the shop on 86th, I was a bit taken aback. It doesn’t look like a chocolate shop at first. Maybe they do more business in novelty items, but they should stick to what they do best: chocolate. I’ve tried several items on the«menu» … including caramels(my fave) and chocolate pretzels. My husband likes the snappers, even though the name is a bit, um, strange. Do stop by the next time you’re near one of the locations(there’s one near the Fashion Mall as well). You’ll be glad you did.

It seems like this place started as a candy shop or chocolatier. Then maybe the owner turned forty or went through a divorce, because half of it is filled with jaded-sloganed mugs(«I gave him the skinnest years of my life!») and gag hormone pills for women. Not that this half of the store’s collection doesn’t have its good moments. I especially appreciated the bag of martini-shaped tri-color pasta. And for the not-yet-jaded, Sweet Things’ owners will personalize pottery, plates or other adornables with customers’ sorority names, wedding dates, etc. Oh yes, the chocolates … look fine. Lemon bark and small chocolate cups topped with delicate flowers are some of the more novel offerings. Also, single-serving, wrapped fudge. So I can eat it while driving with less hassle. Hallelujah.
