Boba’s are amazing delicious. So why not 5 stars… This restaurant is over due for a deep cleaning. Tables booths are sticky due to a grease build up. Cleanliness counts to.

Probably the worst orange chicken I have ever had. I have never been here until now. I was working in the area I figured I would grab lunch here. Terrible idea, the noodles and rice where ok, but as soon as I bite the so called orange chicken I almost spit it out. It was that bad. Does not taste like orange chicken at all. It taste like apple pie. Just a very odd flavor nothing like I have ever experienced. I took another bite to see if it was just that piece. Nope it all tasted like an apple pie. I just ate the noodles and rice. I couldn’t touch the chicken with apple sauce.

This place is so good. I’ve been coming here for years and it’s never failed us! My favorite thing to order is the chicken wings!!! They’re so amazing, crispy, salty and require no sauce! The best!!!

I ordered the chicken with vegetables and it was blah and oily. The chicken looked & tasted Iike mystery meat. The pretty gal behind the counter wasn’t very friendly — she acted as if she needed to be somewhere else. I will never go back. Well, maybe for the Boba, which I did not try. They have their walls plastered with photos of their Boba fans. I should’ve taken that hint and ordered Boba instead of their food. Sorry~

5 stars because this place offers exactly what it promises to offer. It’s no gourmet food, but it’s fresh, fast, full of flavor and piping hot every time. Everything I’ve tried has been great, my favorite by far has been the sweet and sour pork and the combination lo mein. The prices are low and the portions are massive, you won’t be disappointed.

In town from illinois for the week and wanted Chinese food. The wait was maybe 3 minutes and i drove back to my hotel before opening the to go box. I got general tso chicken. Very hot still after my drive and the box was filled to the brim. Ate half and the rest will be tomorrows lunch. It was very good, way better then Chinese food back home. Good job!

Want great Chinese food in Indio? There are a few choices not as far east in the valley but you will be challenged to find any of them that provide fresh ingredients, great portions and good prices with an enormous selection of dishes to choose from than China Jo’s.
I am making a point to try all of their entrée items so I can see which ones will be my favorite. You should check it out!

I went there for lunch and I ordered orange chickens and teriyaki chicken. Extremely delicious! I also tried their boba tea, love it! Best food in Indio!!! Cheap price for good food! Highly recommended!

Bad service bad food!!! Might want to view my photo. So I told them that I hated there restaurant on Instagram because they were advertising on my account then they call me an ugly kid like if you actually want a shot at your restaurant being a good place be respectful to your customers, MEAN OR NOT. Who ever runs their Instagram has no respect.

Went for lunch w coworkers today and it was delicious. Ordered hot-​sour soup and kung-​pao tofu. Both were very flavorful and portions were generous. Cream cheese wontons and egg rolls were also tasty. Everything was piping hot! Can’t wait to come back and try new dishes!!!

Always on the lookout for a new favorite Chinese place but this wasn’t it. Very casual — that was okay but the food was disappointing. Too much oil in prep — quantity was good, quality wasn’t. Tried the tea — very interesting. We won’t be going back.

The Chinese food here is good! Don’t get me wrong. Although this time I went in specifically for BOBA TEA! And… what a disappointment. I was craving it and just had to have some. The pearls where good, I doubt they make em there lol. The actual drink was not to tasty. I got the almond flavored and my wife got the green tea boba, which looked and tasted more like black tea withe boba pearls. Long story short, my wife n I switched, finished each others drinks and were not satisfied. The place inside the indio fashion mall is waaaay better!

I am surprised at the previous posting. Pros, the prices are really good for the portions. We got Mongolian Beef, Orange Chicken, (which both came with rice and noodles) and pan friend dumplings. The noodles and the orange chicken had a strange flavor, the dumplings were dry (but mediocre) and the Mongolian Beef was too saucy and the meat seemed low quality. Maybe I am a Chinese food snob because I used to work at PF Changs!

Friendly staff, wide variety of Chinese good taste cuisine and offers free wifi.
Above all, they were open on Christmas!
The only downside was the credit card machine not working appropriately that I had to pay by cash or debit.

My fiancé and I decided to try this place out after reading some of the wonderful reviews. Man are we happy we did. They have some great food. The Pad Thai was amazing!!! :)
