Got my order wrong… Went threw the drive thru. It shows my correct order on the receipt but when I got home it was wrong. I don’t live to close to this panda so I did not want to drive back. Don’t understand how someone can get an order wrong and not check it before they send it out to a customer. This is why I will never go threw a drive thru at panda.

The food was what i expected the cleaning service done here was nasty y is it that when i ask the cashier for a wet rag to clean my table she points behind me and sead o i forgot it over there you can get it over there and points again to the dirty table she never clean its understandable when its busy maybe. but not when you have less then six customers. This happened to me two times by the same cashier. First time I had to ask Erica for my change. Than this week again I went back to pandas to order and guess who took my order Erika. Again she tried to short change me I asked her for my change she pointed down to the dispenser, I said and the 2 dollars she went to the back for some ridiculous reason came back and opened the register and gave me the 2 dollars. Beware! Stay alert folks!

almost every single time I go here I use the drive thru they always forget items it never fails and why do they even ask you if you want a free sample when they never give it to you then you ask for sweet and sour sauce and they never give it to you out of all the fast food restaurants the service here is the worst but the food is always good so make sure you check your items before you leave

Some times I go the chow mien is very dry. It’s over priced. I only gave it 3 stars cause they always say welcome to panda every time I walk in. Lower your prices.

Everytime we’ve come here we’ve used the drive thru and each time we’ve been stuck there for at least 15 minutes. The food is never prepared in a decent amount of time. Don’t eat here if you are in a hurry! It’s worth it to drive to another location.

This review isn’t about the food… its ok. My complaint is the high prices for the little portions you get and their hidden price tactics on their menu board that left a bad taste in my mouth. Going thru their drive-thru on their menu it says to order a side and 3 entrees listed on the menu for $ 8.08. What I found appalling is if you order something with shrimp that is shown on their list they want an extra $ 1 and theres nothing on the menu saying so… which is to me a price tactic I can’t stand. I feel if they are going to list 3 entrees and a side for $ 8.08 then they should honor it or take the extra price items off the list, pure and simple. I hate these type of tactics and will stop patronizing places that do it. All in all… what I can say about Panda Express is go elsewhere unless your starving to death and theres no place else to go.

We stopped to eat here on Monday evening on our way home from Arizona. We were greeted immediately as we entered the restuarant and asked if we’d like to try a sample today — we declined because we already knew what we wanted and were on a time limit, busy busy… They offered our favorite entrée«string bean and chicken breast» to our surprise because the Panda’s around where we live do not offer this entrée anymore, so we were super excited to see the tag but the dish was almost completely empty, we look up and there’s no Chef to be found, just the cashier(who at this time is cleaning the dining room) and the drive through attendant whom is helping us as well. So he yells to the back«we need string bean chicken breast, quickly please!» and nothing… you can tell the server is agitated and he excuses himself(very politely) and goes to the back, when he returns, about 1 minute later comes the Chef as well(whom appears to be in NO hurry at all… maybe we disturbed his lunch break or texting break or something who knows…) The server tells us it’ll be about 6 minutes for the string bean chicken breast, we say no problem, pay, and proceed to eat what we do have, a little bit later the female cashier brings us our string bean chicken breast entrée… the string beans were way over cooked and the onions were not cooked long enough, they were still so fresh(uncooked) that they burned the nostrils when you ate them. We’re scoring this a 4 simply because of all of this. The female and male servers were great, polite, professional, and speedy, the dining room was clean, and most of our food was fresh and tasty minus our favorite dish…

I was pleased to see how Panda Express has stepped up their game and has changed their menu options. Instead of noodles or fried rice there’s a veggie option. My choice for lunch the Shanghai Angus beef, peppercorn shrimp and veggie side vs rice or noodles. The quality was good and the portion was generous. With the up charge my entrée cost $ 8.29 not included my beverage. For a fast food option I was pleasantly surprised with my Panda Express experience and would return again.
