This place is awesome. I’ve been coming here for my horse needs for a few years, but my family and I decided to start raising chickens for eggs. We had no clue what we were doing! The staff at Desert Feed Bag were super friendly and knowledgeable. They never scoffed at the idea of learning to raise chickens. — Desert Feed Bag changed owners maybe a year ago or a bit over a year ago and I was a bit worried at first, but the new owners are fantastic. They have really taken the store in a good direction. I look forward to continuing to do my shopping there for my horses, chickens, dogs, cats… ;)

After visiting all of the local pet stores that I could find, it was disappointing that none of them carried everything needed for our dogs, ducks and cat. It was looking like I would need to mail order or make several stops every time we ran out of the supplies. Thank goodness Desert Feed Bag was profiled on Unilocal!One stop shopping, competitive prices and a knowledgeable, friendly staff will bring us back over and over again, saving time that we can now spend with our pets!

This place is the best!!! I love the service. Friendly people! Easy to talk to ! They KNOW what they’re talking about.. need chicken food but don’t know what kind?. These guys here know which kind. Need shots for your puppies? They also have those! Need horse feed? They got it. Always in stock. Never empty. Great place! Great atmosphere!

Incredibly knowledgable & friendly staff. My dog deserves the best. This place allows me to give that to him without breaking the bank. They were generous with sampling to allow my dog the opportunity to see if he liked the dog food before buying a bag. I will definitely be going back.
