Gamers Quest

The business doesn’t have hours posted or a phone number. we went to the store and knocked someone actually came to the door we asked if they were open the individual said no that later on in the afternoon it would be open, but told us that we could come in so we entered. i ended up leaving a Xbox 360 slim for repair .I was told by Friday I would get a call in regards to what was needed for the repair of the Xbox or any parts or cost extra that occurred. I never received a call so I called myself to what I only assume was closing hours .I was told that they were waiting on a troubleshooting device and I wouldn’t be able to know until it was complete. I was told that I would get a call later on I never received any calls so I decided to wait till Monday .well today is Monday and I called them and no one answers I started calling at 9 a.m. till current hour noon I finally reach someone and I told them that I was calling to find out if the issue was resolved ?.still nothing I should have paid more money and went to gamestop for repair. Take my advice and spend the extra cash to go to gamestop instead of this place.

This place is horrible I took my xbox one to get repaired 2 days went past and no phone call nothing so after numerous attempts to get a hold of someone some lady answered and told me it would take 7 to 10 days to find out wether it can be repaired I’m sure this place will go out of business soon

It’s been only a couple months, and while the location still sucks, it’s something I don’t even consider anymore because this store is so great. The owner is always looking out for the buyer, there’s always new video game in almost every week, and just the general backlog of common games a wide enough that you can get your video game fix with ease. Obviously, are lot more of the rarer titles will hold a price, but you can get everything at a fair price.
On top of which, their video game repairs are great, and if you want to watch the Super Mario Bros Movie, they show it throughout the day.
The word perfect is something that is always hard to muster, but recommendation is a word that I cannot deny with Gamer’s Quest. Sure, I won’t find my copy of Strider 2 for PS1 everyday, but what I do pick up is enough for me to tell people to go here.
