If you have water damage and an insurance claim, BEWARE. They will grossly rip off your insurance company and in the end you will pay with increase rates based upon the claim payout. They charged my insurance company several thousands to pack up my house, but since I hadn’t moved in yet I had very little which I packed myself. I was missing two designer dresses and an expense pair of sunglasses which I left in a kitchen drawer. They also hit and dented my mail box on front of my house and denied it. Two weeks later I ran into my neighbor who told me she was coming around the corner and saw them hit it! Very much on the take and think they can get away with it by billing the insurance company directly since you will never see the bill. What a scam. Thankfully I got rid of them right away and hired someone local and honest. They will also tell you that they can do the repairs by bringing in a general contractor. That would be scary. Do not be fooled. If your insurance company recommends them find someone local instead, your home will thank you.
