Worst Starbucks ever! I ordered what i always order –white mocha frappuccino with soy. I know how this should taste because its the only one i drink. The order came and one sip i knew something wasn’t right. I went back and told the lady that it was bland. She replaced it right away-but with a sour face-really good customer service. But the replacement was just as bad as the first one. At this point i knew i am not gonna get anywhere. Worst representation of the Starbucks brand. I hope the Starbucks management finds out about this franchise. If there was a negative 5-star rating this is it!

Have stopped in several times and the coffee is inconsistent. Sometimes it’s good, but mostly the drinks don’t taste as great as actual starbucks. Today, for example, got a frap and the ice chunks were too big(not properly blended) and it tasted very watered down(too much ice possibly?). Also the prices are higher. If you are driving I-10E and heading to the casino, I recommend you stop at the real starbucks on exit 143(the exit before the casino). I always get a consistently good drink there. As a previous comment said, I don’t think they are properly trained to make the drinks.

Is there a way to give a rating of less than 1-star? This has to be the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to, the only reason I ever brave it is due to it being in short walking distance from my office. The crew there is severely untrained and their systems almost never work. I assumed that a coffee shop inside a busy hotel/casino would be on point… Bad assumption. My visit last week will certainly be my last. I ordered my drinks and was practically ignored by the barista for several minutes while he was reading. Once he made my drinks and gave me a total I attempted to hand him my cell phone so he could enter my app code(did I mention they don’t have an app scanner?). At that point the barista informed me that their card system was down… Which also meant no debit/credit cards either. I then asked why he wouldn’t have informed me prior to making my drinks that they were accepting cash only and his response was… Get ready for it… «I’m sorry, our policy is to tell you after we finish making your order». What… The… Huh? So I asked why he would risk wasting product rather than telling customers upon walk up that their system is down and he just stared at me with a totally blank, and rather uncomfortable, smile/ready to cry look on his face. No answer… Nothing. Luckily a nice gentleman behind me had cash and offered to pay for my drinks… PLEASENOTE: this is only one of SEVERAL horrific experiences at this location. This appears to be where they send the baristas to die.

Stopped by here with some friends during our visit for Coachella weekend. After going to the Fresh Grill Buffet downstairs, we were in desperate need of a caffeine fix. I got a small iced coffee with cream and sugar, and also a small mocha frap light with soy, no whip. Instead, we got a small mocha frap with whip(and they used reg milk, or that’s what it seemed). After letting the barista know, the three of them stared at each other as if they were confused, then gave us a dirty look like we placed the wrong order. Reluctantly, they remade the drink but all the while staring at us and giving us a dirty look. TWO stars because it’s inside a gorgeous resort… but please hire some baristas with a better attitude…
