Wow, first of all DON’T MOVE HERE. I’ve had the worst roach problem in the world from the previous tenants. Not only that bugs but the management only will spray once a week and we pay for it monthly. Also, after I paid for the bug problem we had our mail broken into multiple times & the pools were closed in the summer where it over 100 degrees over 3 months. Again we pay for something that we can’t use. One of the managers Yanika is rude and doesn’t want to help anyone. Once she asked me not to call her Ma’am which is a respectable way to acknowledge someone and asked me to leave her office. Trust me the biggest mistake in your life if you move here. RUN AWAY

Lived here for a year it’s pretty quit but maintenance takes 2 weeks to come fix something specially with the new management that just started here about two weeks ago and the both pools been closed all summer since June and they keep making up bs when it will be open again and they say it’s gated community but people that don’t live there and drugys and prostitutes come in and out as they please and their is no security service at all and they charge 10.00 a month for maintenance that never shows up and 3 dollars for pest control and their bugs and roaches every where… they really don’t care when i told the New manager that I would leave she said so she will fill the apartment fast cause she has a lot of people that want to move in when their is over 25 vacant apartments… don’t move in here .I give this place no stars but I had to pick one

For the most part it is a quiet place to live in. From my experience work orders for maintenance usually take over a week to get done. They have 2 amazing pools that have been closed for the entire summer and they keep giving the run around about why they are closed and when they will re open, yet they expect full rent payment for ameneties that you are not able to use. They have 2 hot tubs one which hasnt been fully working for months and another one which everyone uses since the pools are closed. unfortunately I renewed my lease with the promise of this issue getting resolved yet it hasnt. they have laundry facilities and its a hit and miss of when the machines are going to work as well. they need to put a little more effort on getting things working for renters.
