bugs!!! the staff knows there are a lot of things wrong with the complex so they do their best to hide it. i was shown a model apt which was nothing like the 1 bedroom i leased. i didn’t mind but it wouldn’t have been nice for them to tell me my place wasn’t going to look exactly like the model. got my keys and they didn’t even go with me to do the walk through. i gave them a list of things to get fixed, a week later nothing had been done. the day i moved in i was greeted by several bugs along with other things i noticed wrong with the apartment. no response on getting pest control in. i wish i would have looked at reviews sooner, i notice that they offer «weekly pest control» to me that mean the bugs are never going away and i’m going to have to have pest control once a week! i haven’t even fully moved in and im ready to break the lease.

Stay away from this place. Infested with roaches. Was promised exterminator service, but never happened.
Hypocritical staff. Enforce regulations for one resident, but allow other residents to get away with same situation. Pit bulls not allowed, but several present on the property. If they like you, you can do what you want. If you make waves about issues, they will throw you out under any pretext.
Hired new security company that is absent. I have had to call police because security is not visible in situations. Security is definitely not something this place is concerned with.
Stay away. I would never recommend this property to anybody.

I currently reside here and have been having issues since the beggining. apparently my deposit was somehow lost and ive been waiting on a resolution since the first of february everytime i call they find an excuse to why it hasnt been cleared and cant even make my payments on line. i have schedule for pest control 3 times already never had roaches in my life till i moved here and once again they dont know why pest. control never showed up. seems like theres nowhere else to complain about the issues but they are so quick to demand rent on time…

If you move to the desert area, stay away from this place. it is infested with bugs. piss poor management and a evening stalker security guard. They offer no assistance when a problem arises. This place is the worst i have ever been in.
