In my first few months of living here This was true! Smoke tree is a pretty quite complex. Everyone is friendly but quite with no trouble, good place to live in Indio.
But now after a change in management and new owners. This place has gone down hill! There’s never any parking and they no longer care about who they rent too. They just raised the rent again but yet they still have riff raff smoking weed, partying and screaming at all hours. Previous security used to walk around and keep the peace but that must have gone away with all of the budget cuts. :(looks like it’s time to move on.
