This is a local grocery store for myself and family. Today, I was shopping and found what I thought to be a fantastic deal which was advertised on a end cap for the holidays. I finished my shopping and checked out at register where I found out that the price of my item was $ 10 more that the sales price. I asked to speak to management where I found out that this location is without a Manager. I got an ASM named Olivia that marked down the price to what was advertised after my explanation. I will continue to shop at this location!

Worst service ever. The pharmacist is lazy and beyond rude. The lady working the counter is so horrible if I could give 0 stars I would. There was no one else in line and we still had to wait over an hour.
Go somewhere else if you can! Don’t waste your time coming here.

Thankfully this rite aid all and some of the above. My best friend and I woke up early to ensure that we got as much on the above list as posted on the Coachella website as possible. Things that we didn’t think that we would need. We both assumed that we were prepared before leaving the house, however, that was another story. Also getting things in advance saved a lot of $$$ as the general store inside the festival grounds was highway robbery. In all fairness they need to make money for over paying some bands.
The whole store was filled with hipster hippies doing the same as us.

P. S. Not really close distance the festival grounds, however, within reasonable distance to some of the hotels on site. If you’re nice and flash a smile, the Coachella shuttle may take you there.

I just stepped in to rite aid on 48 and Monroe with my niece maybe twenty minutes ago and I must say I never had a complain about the staff until today. We decided we wanted ice cream and asked for Rainbow and the lady that attended us said did we want another flavor, I look down rainbow gallon is full I repeat myself we would like rainbow and she said I know would you like another because the rainbow is too hard and my wrist hurts and I don’t want to break it. Then she repeated would you like another flavor I said no thank you and decided to leave. Even though Baskin Robbin was further I did the drive because I found it ridiculous that having the ice cream she failed to give it to us because her wrist hurt. She was just plain out lazy and if it was really her wrist then maybe you should not be at work if your not going to be helpful! I think management needs to pick better employees, people who really can do their job!!!

This Rite Aid always has a great team in the pharmacy! It is a clean brand new store and they are so helpful.
Love this store there are many choices in the desert i prefer this one!

I had to get ice cream because their Greek yogurt tasted terrible!
Oh my God we can not find any yogurt places in Indio guess we will have to drive to La Quinta or into Rancho Mirage tomorrow i just got an ice cream in Rite Aide and my stomach is killing me because their Greek yogurt tasted terrible and I’m lactose intolerant…
Only place to get frozen yogurt is in La Quinta… yikes
Got some Sun Block it is 104 degrees out here in the dessert. this store has a limited supply considering were in the dessert you would think they would carry a lot more!

Don’t go to this store if you want good customer service, or if you have a simple question, they don’t give good service, and they seem confused about their own promotions. Convenience or good ice cream will not bring me back to this store.

Thank you for keeping me even colder on a cold winter night. This ICE CREAM is the best. No matter the season, this ice cold dessert is always a good choice.
