I waited almost 20 minutes to try and talk to a pharmacy tech so I could make arrangements to have my prescription picked up by someone other than me,(a 10 second process) just to listen to elevator music for 18 minutes and then have someone pick up the phone for a few seconds and hang up. What a joke.

I’ve been coming to this Walgreens for years and glad to see its still around. It’s located in a primetime shopping complex and has plenty of parking. It’s open 24/7, unlike the other recent Walgreens I have seen in the desert. They have a redbox at this location along with a drive-thru pharmacy. This Walgreens is set up like the other Walgreens and has all the necessities that you need. Staff is helpful and kind. Prices are fair for being located so close to home, but the Walgreens card helps to reap the discounts. I recommend getting the card because it’s free and helps you build points to redeem as cash. Overall 5 stars in my opinion because it’s 24⁄7 and has what you need at great prices with their savings card! Have not dealt with the pharmacy section, so can’t really take stars away for that haha

This Walgreens is the slowest drive thru pharmacy in the Desert. It’s always under staffed and takes 20+ mins even if only 1 car ahead of you. The Phone pharmacy service in no better, have been on hold for 25 mins, with recording coming on «you are the next caller.» They need more people.

The staff as a whole is great — polite, prompt service, the pharmacy is great about following through on the«your prescription will be ready» estimation. It sucks a lot that their pharmacy is no longer open 24 hours, but the store itself is.

Stopped in to buy some Dayquil and some sinus meds and I must say, the pharmacist or pharmacy assistant couldn’t have been less professional if he tried. I needed to pick up the sinus stuff at the pharmacy so I asked if I could just pay for both things there. His answer: You can’t buy those together because uh, you know, you might take them home and try to make some dope. After a long, uncomfortable pause, he lets me know he’s just kidding. Oh, hahahaha, you were being funny. I’m sorry if I didn’t laugh but I’m a customer, not one of your friends, I feel like crap and I’m really not in the mood for stupid, unprofessional«jokes.» I should add that when we walked up, he and a coworker were talking smack about another customer who had just left. You might want to work on your professionalism and save your wisecracks for your homies.
