Your chart will be lost, you will wait for over an hour before you are seen, the parking situation is ridiculous, the staff are incompetent and rude, and they will attempt to overcharge you on every procedure, even something as simple as a routine cleaning. The staff constantly changes and the customer service quality goes with the employees. The staff will also talk about you and fight over who is going to do what procedure since some of them are above doing a cleaning. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

These guys are GREAT! They really worked with me on the scheduling of services because I have to budget. I ended up with great service and never had a problem. The office manager was wonderful to me. She does not mess around. Takes her work seriously and really helped me out!
