We had a couple hours to spare heading to LAX for the flight back to Houston and got hungry. We noticed this place off Century Blvd and decided to give it a try. Between the boyfriend and I, we got lo mein noodles, custom shrimp fried rice with BBQ pork(cha sui), peppered beef, charbroiled chicken skewers, and a couple egg rolls. WOW! The portions were huge which is definitely a bang for the buck. The food exceed my expectation for Americanize Chinese food. It tasted authentic as your normal Chinese restaurant. It was flavorful and fresh. The BBQ pork was probably one of the best I’ve had and is a must for everyone. Being extremely close to LAX, this will definitely be my last meal every time I’m in LA.

In with the old and the new. Tough chicken. Wilty Lo Mein, cash only. Still chewing orange chicken. Otherwise good flavor.

Not bad for a local joint. They give you A LOT of food. Pretty good options, but nothing there was out of this world, must have again, kind of options. The people kind of rush you through, but thats fine. FYI, CASHONLY. Got half Chow mein and half fried rice. Both options were good. Plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day. The beef and broccoli could have been a little better, but they gave me plenty of beef and broccoli mixed in vs other places where they give you more veggies than beef. The bbq pork was a little overcooked, but that was ok too. The egg roll was pretty tasty. Overall everything was A-ok. Just add siracha to everything and you will be fine.

This is NOT your typical Chinese food place. I can’t believe anyone would say that. I used to live 5 minutes from here and I’ve easily eaten there over 200 times. I moved and can’t go often anymore. Chinese food is my favorite food and I’ve been to at least 100 Chinese food places from super expensive to super cheap. And this is easily the best Chinese food place I have ever eaten at. It taste nothing like other Chinese food places. I’m not sure what they put in their rice and noodles because they are SO good. This is the only Chinese good place that I like their noodles/rice more than the meat. And I am obsessed with meat. Every single item is so good. And I ALWAYS and would suggest everyone do this. is to ask to put sauce from the meat with a ton of sauce(sorry forgot the name) on to the rice. OMG it taste so good! But my favorite item of this place is easily their egg rolls. Which is weird because even though I love Chinese food I don’t Like egg rolls. But they aren’t just the best egg rolls I have ever had. They are one of my top favorite food items I have eaten in my life. Every time I visit California I need to go here or I’d cry. I always order at least 2 plates full and at least 10 egg rolls. And I usually finish the egg rolls before I even arrive home. I miss this place so much and I can’t wait to go again.

Great food when you go during lunch or early dinner time. If you go when its slow they try and give you the older food so heads up. Steam rice with the red hot sauce from the spicy chicken a must

Best steam table/combination order Chinese food place on the westside that I’ve found so far. It tastes good, they give nice portions, they have an A rating, and they have affordable prices. They have the 2nd best bbq pork dish that I’ve had in my life. You can really taste the 5 spice.

Typical fast food Chinese takeout spot with one or two item combos like Panda Express and a la carte options. Some of their dishes were different than I’ve seen at other places, and that is why I decided to give it a try over this fish fry business next door. The charbroiled chicken sticks looked good, so I ordered that along with what I am naming General Tso’s chicken wings. I was right, the chicken sticks were good, the wings were just okay. The lo mein or chow mein as they like to call it out here was overcooked and mostly throw away. The rice was not much better, but was serviceable. Overall, it was a good value for my money and did not make me feel sick later like Panda Express does so I guess it’s all right in my book. Will I be back again, I don’t think so…
