1st my review is based on two factors the preparers and the customer service(I personally do not like the food but my 10yr old son loves the food) Dec 162015 my son went into Panda. He ordered a bowl and asked to try the teriyaki chicken. He returned with an extra large combo. Apparently there was a lack of communication between the server and my son. When my son told Mike that he didn’t want to order the teriyaki chicken only try it the server Mike told him it was to late he already made the plate and that my son had to pay for it. Well, well as you can see Mike took advantage of my son… 1st off my son doesn’t eat chow mein, which was in the platter and he’s allergic to shrimp which was also in the platter. I was livid! Why, because if an adult was with him Mike would not have tried that crap(the adult was in the car with a sleeping baby). this panda stays busy and Mike didn’t want to remake the order, he also thought no one would notice, but Mike we noticed. . Sneaky Customer Service, who try to get over on children and then play dumb when you call back. See I returned with the receipt and requested that they replay the video. I reported this incident to the corporate headquarters, what if my child would have had a reaction! What part of I don’t want this/didn’t order this is hard to understand! You should show the same respect to any person who is spending their hard earn money regardless or age, gender, color and creed. … every one spends Green! My advice is go Green!

Love me some Panda but this location sucks. No vegetarian entrees and the guy had an attitude. Went with my kids after driving to find an open Panda and was so turned off we left. Hungry.

I don’t know if the owner ever reads these but i hope he does. It’s 1013 now, almost 15 minutes after the opening and they barely have ANY food ready yet. I love panda but this suck

Went in about 45 minutes before closing the other night. Ordered fried rice. Get hope and eat it only to find its BROWNRICE with some peas and carrots added. Talk about disappointment. Lazy workers trying not to make more for the end of the night. And it’s really deceiving, looks just like fried rice while its sitting there. Thanks for ruining my cheat meal!

The service is horrible at this location. I’m ordering and the girl is so busy talkin to the chic behind me she don’t here a damn thing I’m saying. This happens every time I come here. I’ll start going to the location in the mall!

After disputing with another customer who had to continuesly ask for the manager who was standing 6 feet away. Four other people finally were taken care of served and left. The problem was that my 3 plates were prepared and sitting on the counter until the dispute was settled and the four people were served. Which was my exact place in line but the situation was a complete cluster fuck in service. I asked the cashier«do you expect me to pay for that after its been sitting there this long?» She answered by raising her voice at me «If I had a problem the manager is right there!» All hell broke loose and as I lost my temper almost ended up in a brawl with a simple sum bitch who didnt know how to mind his business. I am writing our local news paper about this location and the service there UNACCEPTABLE

Always come here on my lunch break since its right next to my job. Its honestly the best panda express i’ve been too. Food is so good and fresh. The staff is so friendly. The place is always clean. They serve well too, they don’t skimp out!

Waited 30 minutes for our mushroom chicken. The chef cooked all these other foods that nobody was waiting for before ours. We were full with our rice and chow mein by the time it was done. Oh and when I was ordering, the girl taking my order asked me what I wanted. While she was scooping the first order out of our 5 orders, and as I was talking telling her my order… She walked away to handle something else. What the f*********? I was literally left hanging, talking to myself. When she got back she asked for my order all over again, no apologies. I rarely leave reviews for big chains, but f*** this location.

My experience here today was bad. The young lady that attended me was very nice but she was very greedy with the portions, I had to ask her for more food since usually at the Panda Express I been to before always are more generous. At the time when I had to pay, the cashier that was handling the money came back to the food area and chopped up my teriyaki chicken, but the bad thing about that is that he never washed his hands after handling the money or put any gloves. That was very disgusting and my wife detain me from giving him back the food. By the way the cashier Andrew did not show any sympathy or ask for gave us some type of discount. I will never return back to this location again, there wasn’t also a manager I could’ve talk to. I will be contacting there head quarter to submit a complain.

Came here on my way home. Today’s service has been excellent. The two young girls were very friendy. I loved that the gal on the register was asking every single customer for their change donation for the children’s hospital. That is so awesome that panda express is doing that. The gal that took my order was also very nice. She gave me a sample of the meats and had my order done in a jiffy although they didn’t have the chicken and bacon available right away. It was almost all done. But I got some fresh chicken and bacon. Overall I am very satisfied. This was around 4:30 pm on a rainy tuesday. Great job guys! Meagan is one of the gals name. Just to add a side note. The manager lady isn’t very polite to her staff. I can hear her screaming from the dining table next to me all the way to her staff asking what time her staff came in and who’s next on break. Thats unprofessional.

This is a popular busy place at dinner time. I don’t particularly enjoy the long line they usually have during the dinner rush hour. For this reason I was very happy to find out I could order and pay online! The online ordering site is easy to use and simple. I truly did love the online ordering experience. I went to pick the food 5 minutes after the time they said it would’ve ready. Although the food was not already ready waiting for me — the young lady at the registered took care of it right away and my wait was MUCH shorter had I not ordered online(there was a long line of people) I think I will be doing the online ordering from now on.

I was in the mood for panda express. I saw this one was open at 10pm. After coming from the airport. I walked in there was a big line that’s a good sign that food should be fresh. I really wanted the pepper chicken with celery and onions. I asked the gentleman is they were going to make a new batch since it was running low. He replied rudely that because it was late they weren’t going to make more. I told him I was going to get 2 entrée portions. Maybe I’m overreacting but I think this particular location needs better customer service. Just be polite in the way you say no. Time for a staff meeting

I love panda and hate that this is the slowest Panda Express. Ever! It’s like they never have any employees to work at night. They ran out of chow mein and fried rice. This is the worst thing ever.

Manager seems to be mad, 10 min to get my plate. I think they should start training their employees, too slow. The area is clean though. Taste wasn’t what I expected. Small parking hard to find a spot.

I honestly refuse to go to this location anymore. The parking situation is just horrible and to this day I don’t understand why they always appear to be understaffed when you really should be expecting a lunch time rush, right? The manager lady either doesn’t know how to train her staff properly or they are trying to save on hours I don’t know. But I’d rather drive a couple blocks further to the location at the mall when I have my Panda craving where I know I’ll be out in about 15 minutes regardless of how long the line is and where they will make my eggplant tofu instead of lying to me and telling me that they no longer carry that item.

Its commercial americanized Chinese food, but its quick and the staff is friendly. I just don’t like how the parking situation is so tight and its so crowded inside all the time. They do now offer brown rice which is a great alternative.

One of the better Pandas around. Always seems semi-busy so that means the food is fresh. If ever the food looks old, they usually make a new batch if you ask. Servings are better here than the other locations. They give you plenty unlike the other Pandas I’ve been to that serve you with a tablespoon! Only bad part is the parking. Lots of places to eat at this shopping center but the parking is horrible.

To be honest I am not the BIGGEEST fan of Panda Express. Its something so sinister about chain Chinese Food places.(Its just SUS). But I do occasionally visit such establishments and I’m a fan of fried rice and honey walnut shrimp. This particular Panda, on this particular occasion had walnut shrimp that tasted of pure gasoline. Horrid, rancid lil pawns here, I couldn’t give them a second chance after such experience. I will come here for fried rice, perhaps and egg roll and a cup of H2O, but they have completely lost my trust when it comes to shrimp. How the fuck to you mess up such a tasty/simple dish. –__— SUS!
