I haven’t ordered pizza hut for a while for the last time we had pizza hut it was terrible. But I said let me try it one more time and use the gift card that I just got. Ordered on line and when I got there i just waited few more minutes and when I got home, it was hot and so fresh. I’m definitely going back to this place. And the staff are so friendly also

This used to be a good place to order but now they have an incompetent GM named Deneice. Who should be demoted! Her customer service surpasses poor. I even went inside the store because of a complaint. She stated over the phone that they were really busy but when I showed up she and her crew of idiots were standing around gossiping. Why is it that Inglewood residents get the short end of the stick? This store needs to clean house and get rid of worthless people who don’t belong interfacing with the public!

Don’t Order from this place… Horrible customer service… The manager Denice has horrible management skills. They tell you one price and when they are at your door steps it’s different. When called she indicated that they don’t give a total price of how much it’s due only a pre-delivery price. They girl on the phone told me my bill was less than 18 dollars only for my bill to come to 23. When called Denice didn’t intend to fix the problem… But only managed to upset the client more… I will for sure never Order pizza from Pizza Hut going forward. Instead of apologizing for her staff messing up she lost a long time member.

Horrible service!!! I called to order two pizzas to be delivered. One large cheese pizza and one large veggie pizza. She quoted $ 28. I have never paid $ 28 for two Pizza Hut pizzas in my life. I asked what the pizza specials were. She began this much-too-fast speech that I’m sure she’d probably given a thousand times, but what I could understand was that if I ordered chicken wings, or a drink or a salad… I explained that I didn’t want anything except two pizzas… nothing else… and asked her what pizza specials she had. She said she has two large pizzas with two toppings each for $ 20. Great! I asked her to make one of them just cheese and put those two toppings on the other pizza… all veggies. Now I had my large cheese pizza and a 4-topping veggie pizza. Nope, she says she can’t do it. I ask for a manager. Five minutes waiting on hold and the manager finally answers like this: «You have to take the breadsticks or we can’t process the order in the computer.» Breadsticks? What breadsticks? Not«Hello, how can I help you?» or «Hi, this is the manager.» So I explain again what I’d like and she begins a long explanation of the way the computer processes the orders and she won’t get credit for the toppings if she removes them from one pizza and puts them on another pizza. Wow. If this place wasn’t the closest to the house and my grandkids weren’t so hungry… But after another few minutes of speaking with this woman, who couldn’t figure out how customer service works, but FINALLY tells me that she’s been trying to explain the process, but will go ahead and make it the way I asked, I opted to cancel my order and went with Domino’s…who(surprisingly) delivered two large pizzas, exactly as I wanted them for $ 19.99 in 25 minutes! If she was going to place my order all along… why didn’t she just come on the phone and say so? We could have eliminated all of the frustration and time wasted.

Absolutely the most ghetto Pizza Hut! Bullet-proof glass and homeless everywhere. I had to drop a friend off at lax and my kids wants pizza so bad. I Unilocaled this location. I had no ideas what I was in for. I asked for paper plates with my pizza. The girl laughed at me and. Stuffed a handful of napkins in my bag. Totally poor service. Super ghetto location. Avoid at all cost.

See the pic I posted of the pizza with all the toppings on the side. Not only was it messed up but it tasted like bread, salt, and water blended together. Horrible.

Worst business ever!!! The Spanish girl that took our order soon after she was done with us went immediately to the phone for a phone order. Right after goes to the back to help one of the servers make pizza. Let me remind you that she touched OUR cash, touched their phone, and went directly to the back to prepare pizza. This was unacceptable, so me and my wife decided to pay close attention to her to ensure that she wasn’t making our pizza. She was flattening the dough for the pizza, grabbed a hand full of sauce and spread it on the pizza, LICKEDHERFINGERS, then grabbed a hand full of cheese to lay on top of the pizza. So my wife angrily caught her attention, and requested to speak with her. My wife then goes to ask who’s pizza she was making, she then replies a «phone order» this isn’t your pizza. My wife asked for her money back after explaining in detail to her what she had seen her do in the back. With no argument about her defending herself by saying she washed her hands –which we know she didn’t– she gave us our money back. I have never been a witness to something this vile, and distasteful. This is one of the reasons why Dominoes had to rebuild their trust, is because one if the workers was caught on tape flicking boogers into the pizza. We felt the need to complain to their corporate seeing how a manager didn’t even come from the back to see what the problem was with a particular customer. This was around 1pm Saturday 4÷13÷13. When we asked for the number she said it should be on the back of our receipt. When you look on that back of the receipt the only number on there is a number you would call if you were dissatisfied with their pizza. So we just called the number just to see if she lied to us, which she did. So I googled the corporate number. The person over the phone said that they would see what they could do about the situation, and told us they would respond back to us in 3 days. I’m going to be posting this up on Facebook, and anyone that I know in that area. Whoever was the person that called at that time to order that pizza will never know what that young girl did to that pizza.

I called to place an order, they put me on hold for 3 minutes. I called back, placed my order($ 10 any steal deal) and was told it’d be ready in 15 minutes. Got there, and it was! Came home, which was less than a 10 minutes ride away, and the pizza wasn’t as steamy and hot as I expected it to be(like Little Caesars). The crust also tasted like it wasn’t cooked to its finishing point. Maybe it’s the Pizza Hut pizza in general… whatever the reason, I wasn’t the biggest fan. But pizza is pizza, so I’ll be going wherever the next best deal is, even if it means back at this place!

I have beena loyal customer for over 15years and This has been the worst service ever. I ordered a pizza on Thursday Oct 20th at 8pm and was told that it would arrive in 46 mins. It arrived 1 hour later and the driver apologized for being late. When i proceeded to open pizza, I realized it was cold and so was the bread sticks. I immediately called the store and notified the«manager» and he stated that he would send another order, but because of late hour I opted for another day. Today, I tried to get that order refilled, and the«manger» stated that the order would arrive within the hour. That was at 3pm. I called back at 5pm wondering when the pizza was going to arrive. They told me the driver was on his way. The store is only 1 mile away from my home. As of now, I haven’t received my order. It is now 7pm. I just don’t nderstand what is going on. I have NEVER had such a bad experience. I feel as if this matter needs to be addressed. This is POOR customer service!

Ooooh girl please! Really? NO! Tell me, really? Ok heres the scoop on these mean people. So I placed an order online for delivery, didnt come within an hour so I called and checked to see if they had gotten my order, they said they didnt get it so I placed another order with them while I was still on the phone, waited another hour, NOTHING. So I called again and asked what the heck is going on with my pizza and they said they never got my order… *Coughs* «You didnt get my what? I just talked to you!» «No you didn’t» So I placed ANOTHER order. After another hour, NOTHING. I drove down to this place myself and screamed in these peoples faces. It doesnt take much to take an order and have the dude drive it to the destination. I hate you pizza hut. FOREVER.
