One star for the great service. Took 4 stars off just simply because of the way the manager treats her employees. When I walked in, both girl employees were scrubbing the floor by hand. Like really? This is not some Cinderella time of slave work for $ 10 an hour. They quickly stood up, washed their hands, and preceded to taking my order. I felt bad for them and hope they quit soon. Sorry subway, but the mop exists.

This is ridiculous. Only one person to wait on you and theirs 7 people in line. I know She is doing her best to multi task and help everyone, But I can’t trusty sandwich is going to be good. She is under too much pressure. So i kindly walked out.
Plus she didn’t say welcome to subway.

always busy! thats the down side, not a complain though…
good service, attention, everything!
just want them to allow their crew members to be able to receive tip,
as that was removed from them few years ago, not cool!
I should be allowed to tip, if and when and how much I want
