It’s been a year of reflection and unfortunately, I can’t say that my opinion of Plushpod has changed. In fact, other customers have contacted me to say that they experienced the same treatment I received. After I received my item, Plushpod did call me to see if I would do more business with them, and if I did, they would do better on the discount, but my experience was too unpleasant to ever give them another chance. They just don’t get it… or don’t care. Either way, I’d rather go to a place where my business is appreciated.
