We decided to come here after having a less than stellar experience with Atwest Car Rental. My visitors needed to do a cash rental. Ritz Rent a Car was great. The rep on the phone was friendly, answered all my questions, and hooked my friends up with a Toyota Corolla. It did the job, my friends were happy, and the whole experience went smoothly. The only snafu was that when we got there, they had just rented out their last working GPS. Bit of a problem for out of towners! My friends ended up buying a new GPS and then selling it before they left the States, so no harm no foul. Also, their office is a little, ummm, unkept. What I thought was a couch was the backseat of a minivan. Seemed like the office was being used as a storage space for odds and ends, but meh, who cares. The service was good. The car was good. Done!
