The best customer service EVER! I went in to inquire about a new phone yesterday, and I had the best purchasing experience ever. I had the pleasure of meeting Maynor, and he helped me throughout the process. He explained everything from beginning to end. Even though the process took a little long, it didn’t matter because he was so patient and helpful. My past experiences with sales people at other Phone companies have not been pretty good. They seem to give you a lot of BS and just try to make a sale(with an attitude). But he was straightforward with me from the time I walked in. Maynor seemed to be fairly new, so the manager helped him out a little. He was great as well. If you visit this store, I definitely recommend meeting with Maynor! His customer service played a big part and purchasing my new phone :) Great Job!!! Keep up the great customer service.

The worst location. I’ve been waiting for about 20 minutes after 5 minutes for them to take down my name. Then im getting help while 2 crackheads sing and play music on the display iPhones. Guy with the tattoos who works there says«I guess it’s cool». And the next location is in Hawthorne, no one tryna go all the way over there.

I like T-mobile. They have great service and this store is neat and clean but the parking can be a little tricky sometimes. Came to get a new phone and stayed longer than I thought, about an hour or so. I’m guessing it’s their computer systems? I hope? Because the woman that helped us was nice but we waited and had a lot of silent moments where we just stood there until she asked us for the next move. Let’s hope they update their computers and speed up the process!

I should have known to walk out and go to another location by the way the gentleman in line was about to go off on the representative. I don’t recall his name, but he was manning the register to the right as you walk in, his manager(female) was on the left. He tried telling me that I had a balance on a prepaid account. All I wanted was a mobile hotspot added to the account, I had enough credit to use it on the account. Furthermore, he kept trying to tell me that I had a balance, then asked me if I wanted a WiFi or a phone. I came in asking for a WiFi and he showed me a phone. The big kicker… this idiot brings out a wifi and tells me 150. I asked could they sell it for 100, he said that his manager would have to ok it. She said she couldn’t change the price that T-Mobile has set, as it was $ 125. Now do you see that the man was trying to cheat me? I ran out of there. He tries to disrespect black people as if they are as stupid as he is. lol Too funny.

Alejandro & Kathy are the Best!!! Their customer service is a 10!!! My iPhone was on the bloop, and they had me and my iPhone back on track. Thanks Alejandro & Kathy!!! Because of them I will be back.

This is the worst location to make a payment. They don’t have any self serving automated machines. So if your behind people that are trying to get new plans or a new phone basically your a$$ed out. On top of that, they can’t pay attention to who comes in first so they started a sign in sheet. Today they were helping a customer who had left for whatever reason and since they hadn’t finished the transaction they didn’t want to close the computer screen out. They even went out to the parking lot to try and find him. IFHE’S NOTHERETHENJUSTMOVEONTOTHENEXTCUSTOMER! This was my second time at this location and its always the same. I give two stars because each time I experienced this the employee were very apologetic so one star for each.

First of all, everyone in this store is awesome. The store manager can be recognized by his glowing white teeth. :-) He is excellent and he has a staff who are just as knowledgeable and sales-minded. I helped my mother get her first cell phone today. Eileen was sooo patient and knowledgeable. She explained everything and made sure my mother and I were clear on the product and the service we were selecting. Eileen is the salesperson you want for your mother if she were to come into a store alone. Don’t get me wrong, I totally believe she could sell ice to an eskimo and fire in Hell; but, she has integrity and she comes off genuine — not pushy. This is my go-to TMobile– although I live an equal distance between the Century and Manchester locations. #Truth
