The customer service at this store was wonderful. The store is clean and the staff was professional and courteous. Someone will always greet you when you enter the store and make sure that you are taken cared of. I went in to open a family plan account and Miguel was knowledgeable and patient to get me what I needed. The staff here definitely welcomes questions and they will go above and beyond to get you the best plans and deals for your needs. I will definitely recommend friends and family to visit this store. When you’re there, they take care of you and make you feel like family. The store may not be located in the best plaza but the inside is clean and modern not to mention that they have hired security, making evening visits feel safe. I’ll be coming back in the future for purchases. Thank you for making me a happy T-Mobile customer!

This past Friday(Nov 14th) I wanted to get me an iPhone 5s and so I decided to go to T-Mobile. Shoutout to Erica at the T-Mobile store on Century and Crenshaw. I told her what I wanted and she gave me excellent customer service as well as the phone I asked for. She was very patient and helpful. I had a great experience at T-Mobile. Thank you Erica!!!

Although I am rarely here I’ve gotten great customer service from a sales rep there by the name Jasmine. I went in fairly close to closing time and she was there with me step by step to upgrade me to my new Sony Z3. Awesome customer service and great sales rep. If anyone is looking for amazing service you should ask for Jasmine.

Had an amazing customer experience, came during apples iPhone 6 launched date and was helped by Denise Campos who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She offered assistance in every way possible. She helped me close my sprint account and transfer both my lines, by the end of the day I purchased two iPhone 6 and was extremely satisfied! shady at best, I bought a LG pre paid phone over the last week at this store, I lost my phone, when I went back to get another one the price was different for the same phone, when I asked why the rep couldn’t tell me. Next day my first phone was returned to me, I took it back for a refund, they did even give me half of what I paid and only 4 days had past since the first purchase, shady at best, first and last

I had to go to this particular store to return a loaner phone for my bf. His phone had broken and until the new one arrived in the mail, this particulare store gave him a loaner phone. So, I walked into the store, and there were 7 people in line in front of me, and two sales people at their respective stations. There were two open stations. Now, normally, I don’t complain about situations like this. But, what really bugged me is that there were two T-Mobile representatives standing outside in front of the store(they appeared to be managers) who walked in, looked at the long line of people, and dissappeared into the back(never to return). The line continued to get longer and longer and although I commend the sales clerks working as fast as they could, I feel as though I need to comment on the level of service that these managers did not deliver. They need to take a step back and say, «Okay, we may be busy, but the customer comes first. They are important to us and we need to take care of them.» Instead, they walked away not even seeming to care about the line that was forming almost out the door. So, TMobile, if you’re reading this, you need to step up your game.
