Jeff is the best trainer out there! I trained with I’m for several months and received awesome results. His methods are unconventional, not the everyday boring machines at the gym. He pushes yet encourages you all the way! You get out what you put into it! DC was always around encouraging me as we’ll. They both have great demeanors and offer so much as trainers!
I have moved to the valley so I don’t train with him anymore and I wish I still could. Whenever I go to the Lakewood area, I will definitely stop by.
