World’s Best Boot Camp – Long Beach

I just graduated from the World’s Best Boot Camp in Long Beach and loved it! Tough but fun.

I attended the World’s Best Boot Camp at CFLB. It was great! I had taken a sabbatical from Crossfit and wanted something motivating again. I was happy to be working out with some great coaches and meeting the new folks in the class. I like that there was a morning and noon option. Let me just say… by the time WBBC was over I had improved the baseline workout by over 2 minutes!
I would recommend the World’s Best Boot Camp to anyone. If you’re just getting started the coaches and other classmates WILL help you succeed!

The Worlds Best Boot Camp — Long Beach is such a wonderful experience on so many levels.
Firstly, the level of knowledge on fitness and health is outstanding. I have done sports and fitness my whole life and still managed to pull important information to use in my day to day workouts. They focus on good form, full effort and make sure your are working at your level (and not hurting yourself doing more than one should). I managed to get more defined and have more stamina with this boot camp.
Secondly, the trainers (or Commanders) were so cool. They had the right amount of friendly banter and push to make you the best you can be. They are so helpful and understanding… something that isn’t always there in a trainer.
This Boot Camp would be worth anyone’s while. If you want to kick start your fitness in a friendly and understanding environment or improve your fitness with hard pushing trainers do it! You’ll love it.

This is hands down the best workout experience I’ve ever had! Commanders Fernando and Alix led our troop through six weeks of incredible workouts that changed my body physically and me mentally. Six weeks later, I’ve lost inches in the right places, and added them in strategic ones, too ;) I also consider each and every one of the Troop 003 members my friends. All I have to say to people on the fence considering this program… it’s life-​changing. Step-​up. Do it!!!

I attended the last World’s Best Boot Camp in Long Beach and it was truly just that… the world’s best boot camp! Not only were the workouts great, but I had so much fun doing them. The energy of the boot camp members was always high, which kept even the most gruling workouts fun. I met new people and was getting healthy and fit at the same time. I would recommend this boot camp to anyone, whether you are an avid crossfitter like myself, or you haven’t worked out in years, this boot camp works for all. Don’t hesitate; give it a try. You won’t regret it!
