I didn’t care too much for this place, but gave it two chances. Went the first time and it was okay, but I didn’t see how they were able to prepare my food so fast. Tried them again last week. I went in and ordered and before I could get my condiments, they said my order was ready. I am not a fan of preparing my food and letting it sit somewhere for I’m not sure how long. Will not be eating here any time soon.

This is the only flame broiler that I go to. It is fairly clean and has good customer service. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because sometimes they skimp out on the meat. Other than that i recommend this place to anyone.

Culver City, CA
This location is so much better than the centinela location. They give you your money’s worth and they have kimchee here. Have no problem coming here but will never go to the centinela/​culver city location ever again.

My family and I went to this store around 9pm. And paid $ 30.22 for 4 small bowl for take home. Both employees speaks spanish so we dont understand what they were talking about. When we get home. we we’re all surprised and upset because they gave us ½ size of serving per bowl. They should have informed us that they are about to closed. Rice and meat are not enough to filled up 4 orders of the beef bowl.
Never we’ll come back on this location, Better in koreatown branch!

Came for lunch today and the door was locked with a makeshift sign taped to it saying «we close temporarily». Ain’t nobody got time for that lol I only get an hour for lunch, and it doesn’t even say how long the wait will be. They lost my business this lunch, probably won’t be coming back either.

The cashier, Jose, was super genuine and friendly!!! After a long day at work, it was so uplifting to see his smile and experience his kindness!!! I wish everyone could be like Jose!!! And the two meals I ordered were ready so fast! Shout out to the cook, too!!! I’ll definitely be going back!!!

Service was fast for a Sunday afternoon. Took my 3 kids and wife. Spend about 35 bucks. It the food was good. Fresh and we’ll cooked. Having the option of brown rice makes it a good deal and healthy. The portions are large and loaded. Free refill on sodas and sauces.

I hate giving low starts to restaurants in my own community. This Flame Broiler is just not good. The one in Westchester in Sepulveda is much better. My suggestion is having the cooks on Century retrained with the Westchester cooks.

This was my second visit to this location and I can now say that… I do not like this location. Instead of moist beef it was beef jerky. yuck!

Not bad. Regular bowls are a good value and loaded with veggies, rice and meat. Veggies here are truly steamed and not boiled – they keep that healthy sounding crunch.
Is this place healthy? I think you can eat healthy here. They also list the nutrition facts on their menu. But beware adding all the extra sauces (esp their «magic sauce», which is just an extra-​sugary teriyaki sauce). They don’t fry (although you’d swear they did), use MSG (I’ll let you know if I have the urge to nap), or use any transfat… should be healthy enough. Everything was a tad salty, but hey aren’t all these places? Would return!

Finally got a local Flame Broiler and it’s good! I dine here from time to time and its always satisfying and healthy especially in an area where on every corner there is a fast food resturant. I usually get the chicken veggie bowl. I’m not sure about other Flame Broilers but at this particular one they have a special — one bowl and a medium drink for about $ 5.
