I’ve never had a problem with this Pizza Hut with the orders. A time or two it may have taken a few extra minutes to pick up but nothing major. It is what you would expect from any chain place like Pizza Hut or Papa John’s.

Bullshit. Tried I prefer pizza from up the street. Refused delivery saying they had to many on the screen and wouldn’t make my pizza. I was too tired to go pick up this pizza after a long day of moving from my apartment.
If I could give this place zero stars I would.
Not to mention I tried to file a complaint on their website and the contact us link was broken.
Another mention of the fact that I was was shift leader at a pizza for nearly 3 years. They’re supposed to deny people pizza.

I called the Pizza Hut located on Keokuk street which has always delivered to my apartment, but it’s being renovated and is therefore closed. I ended up calling this location and they blatantly refused to deliver to me, even though I live in CENTRAL Iowa City, in a very heavily populated residential area.
This is the only functioning Pizza Hut in town right now yet they can’t accommodate the customers who can’t order from their usual location? It’s stupid.
I’ve been working all day and didn’t have energy to walk to a grocery store (I have no car) to buy food so this was very inconvenient and disappointing.
Pizza Hut has received years of patronage from me but I’m officially done after this.

Got a stuffed crust pizza delivered from pizza hut last night & the crust was only slightly thicker than a tortilla… ummm WTF? They won’t get money from me again…
